Surprised to see Dickson receiving some stick, thought he was one of our best players today. -
Is anyone a member of a Liverpool supporters forum? They know how to make flags, could give us some advice

Continued... ...assume it means Barney is too. fonte and lambert also played against these poor Yeovil and Swindon sides, we'd better write them off as footballers too. Honestly... Some people

away okay, so because the opposition were poor that means Gobern is ****? Understood, understood. So we should probably drop Barnard pretty sharpish? He played well against yeovil but as they're so sh*t i

People happier to win by 3 goals than 1 goal shocker!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rubbish news. Rip, so sad
-
I thought Lambert and Barnard defended from the front very well yesterday. Even if Lambert doesn't score he seems to perform well.

pretty sure you have to buy a ticket. very much doubt they'll accept cash on the turnstiles, especially with football league rules.

Poll: Would you be happy for Pearson to be our manager?

Would be very happy with Pearson... won't happen though surely? -
so the waiting game goes on... hoorah

You're right. It makes me laugh when I see suggestions that property developers or a Supermarket chain might buy SMS and build on the land. Think how much it would cost just to tear the bloody thing down.

For the first time in years I've got a big smile on my face.

Clear out the kids? Who are you including in that? Surely not Lloyd James, Lancashire, McGoldrick, Gillett (is he still a youngster?), Jospeh Mills, McLaggon or Paterson? Some of these players could be brilliant in League One and haven't actually done too bad this season - just thrown in at the deep end too early. -

Christ, talk about over-reacting. We're in the third tier of English football, get used to it. Just because we're Southampton it doesn't mean we automatically deserve to be in the top flight. Yes, we're all upset and distraught at what's happened over the last few years and especially today, but suggest the club has "died" is just silly. Like economies, football clubs go up and down, and we're in a bad patch at the moment. We'll be back one day - blimey you never know, we might even have fun in League One. -
I saw someone say earlier that they wrote to him. Largely pointless but worth a try - let's all do it. What's his address?
-
That's a cracking idea. No need to take anyone's money just yet but it would be an almost guaranteed source of income for next season. Then if we go bust, nobody loses their money. I'd sign up for it, even though I won't be here for half the year next.

I've managed to get at least one stay away to come back for Saturday, so that's at least 17,501.

I imagine it'll just be pretty depressing. Not that people will try and make it hostile or anything, I just think everyone will be feeling quite down about the whole situation. I know I will.
-
what a shame. hopefully it was the idiotic minority. can't understand why some people insist on giving stick to ex players, especially ones who gave their all for us and scored some vital goals.

Yeah...a loss wouldn't have been that bad if the other results went out way - but every single one went against us in some way or another. Charlton losing doesn't matter to us - they won't catch us, Watford beating them is dreadful. Norwich losing is okay, but Blackpool beating them means its harder for us to get out of the bottom three, so a draw there would have been handy. And everyone else picked up points.. oh and we can forget about Doncaster, their results don't affect us at all as they got out of it a long time ago.

"Euell better believe we've won again"

w00p. Another good showing by Saeiajsjs, Gillett got stuck in, McGoldrick had another decent game in midfield and Rudi had a stormer. Not one player let us down today, and a special thanks to Kelvin Davis for that save.
-
Good post. Gillett wasn't as good as he was against Preston but he was still impressive, and Size was class again.
-
Why isn't McGoldrick on that list? He did really well in midfield, linking up the play very well with the wide players and chasing down all lost causes. With Euell and Saga upfront DMG really enjoyed himself by the looks of it!
