Very true. Last season apart from Rudi Skacel, I don't think we have high quality wide players but he was only used as left back. I never trust Lee, Thompson, Gobern. In my opinion, Rasiak and Stern John are up for the lone striker role but again they were never being given chances to play there.

If you are right, then given that Schneiderlin can replace that Chelsea loanee plus James to replace Wotton, we have the very best midfield in this division.

But even Jan and Wotte was doing better than that garbage Pardew. Last season results were heavily due to lack or money. If we had much money to spend last season, do you think that Jan and Wotte will do better? The most scary thing at this moment is we have money to spend and have better players but the end product are still disgrace.

I don't know why there were 5 mins stoppage time, should be 3 or 4 maximum because there weren't many stoppages during the game.

Another Rudi Skacel. I believe Anders Svensson and Rudi Skacel did put in some good performance for Saints but perhaps is never as good as when they play for the national team. But still Anders Svensson scored more goals then Oakley, Delap, etc while Skacel got more assist than Surman, Dyer, Idiakez in the play-off season. That tell you they are the best we have got to a certain degree.

Celtic and Sweden national team are the obvious teams which play with wingers and crossing the ball to the strikers. Samaras, Killen, Larsson, Elmander and Ibrahimovic are handful to any defenders when there are crosses coming inside the box.

Change the right midfield. Put Patterson or even L James in there. That Chelsea loanee is just too bad to watch. That is the only obvious weakest link at this moment.

Thomas and him was absolutely at fault for the first goal we conceded last night. First of all Thomas 's garbage control of the ball has let everyone down. It is just a very easy ball to control but his stupid first touch takes about 48 hours to get control of the whole ball. Then his weak pass was to Gillet was poor. After that Thomas was in the no mans land and exposed the space for Bowyer to make a run but Gillet should have spotted it, however Gillet didn't know Bowyer was making the run behind him. After that we conceded the first goal, such a soft goal!!!! If we didn't concede the first goal, we maybe able to hold on our lead.
