yeah, not reaching the play offs in my mind was a failure. I would have put a youth team out for the JPT to get them some competitive game time.

gary johnson is tactically sound and has a great record of over achieving with crap squads, imagine what he could do with our money. He got yeovil to the football league for the first time where they are now well established. bristol promoted to the championship and to the playoffs in first year. And by far his best achievement was recommending we buy pahars when he was latvia boss!

after £3m of spending i would expect us to be in the playoffs regardless of points deductions. as leeds did when they were in an identical position. leeds even had three managers in that season without spending the amount we did. People are too rose tinted. We could have then been celebrating play off final win, now that is worth cheering.

i think we should have got Gary Johnson while he was available, will do well with peteborough next year.
-
alright then c*nty chops i dont cheer 5th place and a mickey mouse trophy. The JPT cost us promotion, seems a big price to pay.
-
i left, i dont cheer 7th place

no, he is a poor tactician and gets found out against well organised teams. TBH, i described his appointment as average in august and he has done nothing to make me change my mind.

Possibly One of the Saddest Videos Ever.
saintjinksie replied to miserableoldgit's topic in The Lounge
the only thing sad about that video is that someone was sad enough to waste 4 minutes of their life fillming that sh*t. Im loving the comments below the video that say the cat was trying sh*g the dead one!!! -
p*ssing into the wind on that one
-
was some crazy stuff, loving the skate fan that ducked!
-
Fair play to cortese, glad he has come round to my way of thinking. he has done an average/poor job with the best squad in the league.
-
leyton orient was the best by a long way, then brentford and charlton. bristol rovers was good for result and we found a decent sports pub. Most random must be huddersfield, drinking in their working mans club with a seriously dodgy metal band.
-
no, but they are both scum
-
we have shocking record at their place, 2-0 and 5-0 last two seasons. And the 3-3 where crossley scored... the view is crap at hillsborough too.
-
should have done that in the JPT IMO, perhaps then we could have kept the first team focussed on top six
-
i stopped and answered his questions - he was a swindon fan from devizes. hairy bloke.
-
this isnt a matter for debate, he has no attributes that justify him being a professional. cant pass, head cross or tackle. I would be willing to pay out the remainder of his contrcat to make him leave. he is offensively bad.
-
he really is utter gash.
-
going to get wet when it rains, but hopefully i will be so bladdered i will neither care nor notice. I reckon we will win 6-0, a footballing lesson dished out just to prove what we can do. Also there will be a fair few players trying to secure contracts/ permanent deals.
-
tell that to wycombe and stockport
-
i can assure you he did!
-
he has always been ****, he has never been able to pass. and my resounding memory of last season is his sh*te corners
-
at least ali dia wasn't a professional
-
been **** all season and as i said on saturday he would get found out, why did he refuse to switch our wingers, and why bring on James who has about as much impact as slapping the goalie with a wet fish.
-
now whose the idiot? tactics, he thinks they're a f*cking sweet. Long ball all night and he wasted a sub. put that up your self righteous pipe and smkoe it.
