  1. From a CB position rather than a RB one... shows how different he is from one position to the next. Shame he then had to go straight back to RB.
  2. GREAT interception by Yoshida!
  3. Hey, This is amusing me immensely.
  4. As a wise man once said...
  5. How the feck did Lallana miss that!
  6. We've got some good options in midfield though, whereas we're very weak at the back. It is a loss, but one that won't cripple us.
  7. Agreed, just posted similar above - Cork to RB and Ward-Prowse in his place would be a decent option.
  8. That would get my vote. If not, Cork to RB and Ward-Prowse on in him place.
  9. The only other option would be Richardson or playing an injured player. All three are equally as bad, IMO, but I'd probably have gone for Richardson. I don't disagree, but it's not because he doesn't know how to play football.
  10. Behave. Yoshi knows how to play football, he just isn't a RB and this is what happens when you play people out of position.
  11. Amen to that. Good on him for giving it his best though, he certainly tries.
  12. Just think how good he'll look with another 6-years of first team football! Bale is 23 now so coming into his prime, Shaw doesn't look all that far behind him.
  13. Fullbacks aren't the same as centerbacks. Hope this helps.
  14. Agreed. Yoshida, Fonte and Forren with Jos just in case will serve us well next season. We just need to ensure we have good cover at RB and LB, which we don't at the moment.
  15. Great save, Boruc
  16. Bloody good save to a bloody good effort from Ramirez! Excellent ball from Lambert too!
  17. Can't say I agree, I think we've created some really good chances, had some very clever crosses and balls into the box. The only thing we've not done is what counts the most - score. Anyway...
  18. Jos is awesome.
  19. I think I'd prefer a QPR loss. I don't really care where we finish this season, so long as there are three teams below us. QPR losing makes it more likely they'll be one of those three.
  20. MP doesn't take corners.
  21. Three ****e corners in a row from us.
  22. I'm not sure away at Norwich on a miserable day on a sodden pitch was ever going to produce beautiful, exciting football. We seem to have the better of it so far though and it's early days.
  23. Perhaps this is the mythical Plan B we've been talking of.
  24. Nay. You can buy strikers, but you cannot buy the sort of positive impact Lambert has on the club, his team mates, the supporters and the positive vibe that comes from having him around. He is more than a striker to us and you simply can't buy that these days, it's a very rare thing indeed.
