The 2013 Stalker Check Survey - Name and Shame Time
tpbury replied to Tokyo-Saint's topic in The Muppet Show
Blimey, Bletch, this reminds of the way Smiley took down Karka (was it Karka?). Ever so innoccuous, but each statement a blade to the heart, You are the George Smiley of the TMS!!! -
Makes you want to see more, and how come they now which colours to use!

Old news bro, I've seen this shockfest twice in Oz, assuming we're behind the UK in transmission times. He's a really nice gent, and it turns out well (or as well it can be having to stick a bit of plastic on your face every day to stop people screaming at you) for him. So, it is is a heart warming story, but apparently started with a pimple inside his nose. I've had plenty of those and am really worried.

The 2013 Stalker Check Survey - Name and Shame Time

I think there is a case of Heisenberg's uncertainty principle going on here. Which loosely translates to 'the more you look at something, the more you screw it up'. I was disappointed that UJeff managed a far greater proportional amount of visits to posts made than I, nevertheless, am startstruck that I have way more visits than posts. Self preening types - how often do you visit your profile and have a shuffle of information in order to increase your visit count? -
Sore clunge, weeping penis or industrial size fat - which is it?

Conveyancer for our UK house sale wanted regs approval for dormer done in 1977, or else indemity insurance. Same story for rsj we put in in 2005 - didn't question the builder at the time, but the conveyancer is wanting indemnity insurance for that work as well. Apparently, no building indemnity claim has ever been made. Bar tards

Well the four are clearly: Bearsy (retired to main forum), Tokyo, Spuddersgun, and Bletch, who seemed to have retired, but has returned. Basically, it's just Tokyo who keeps the entire forum moving. I do believe you have mental issues mate, and shoud see a counsellor, or a councilor, depending on your political persuasion. Anyway, if you want to recruit my pert little username, then pay me up. My memeber has been full before on this site, many times, over the years. I was thrilled when I saw the muppet show for the first time - thought it was dangerous. Maybe I've become more dangerous or TMS has become less. Been trawling through historical posts back to 2009 and find that I remember all the threadseZ, even though the lounge and muppet shows are shown in the same search history. I will now submit this post, open another tab and see if it has been submitted. Eventually, I will close this window when it stops asking whether I want to 'Leave this Page'.

I'm glad to see things picking up in here - the four of you provide a great service of providing inane drivel for lurkers' humourous consumption. Think I've said that before. I would contribute more, but I am boring, frankly, well that is the conclusion I have come to since I've been interviewed twice for Vox Pops and the interviewer has terminated the conversation before I've finished talking. Think I've said that before. I would also be a full member if we could pay by Google Wallet rather than Paypal. I've definitely said that before. If one of you offered to pay my membership, you could claim the rep points, and I'd pay you back when I am in England next Easter. That's if the Alzheimers doesn't stop me. Haven't said that before, don't think so, anyway.

I'm completely ****ed and have another 2 hours to wait, then I'll have 4 hours sleep. Might get some in beforehand. COYR!

Well, I shall probably be doing this next April when I hope to take my 12 year old to his first Saint Mary's game and maybe the Villa game - he had only gone to 2 games (Burnley away, City away (cup)) when we left to Oz 4 years ago. So, please expect plenty of obsequiousness from me over the next few months. Any suggestions on securing tickets this far in advance?

He was 71, which is a fantastic innings for a hedonist, not sure when he gave it all up, but probably in his 50s? Anyone know? From what I've heard and read, lots of people identify with his 'New York' album, which is much later (mid 80s?) than the songs he's considered famous for. But I really llike that album, didn't realise so many other people did. 'Stick a fork in their ass and turn them over, they're done now' is the line that sticks out to me. Also 'Songs for Drella' at about same time with Cale, bit heavy weather, but some good choons - 'Open House'

I declared myself a misanthropist at an interview for a really good foreign language/business course at Middlesex Poly. I was the only one not offered a place. Whilst I avoided living in Hendon (went to Bath instead which is a little bit more scenic), I really think my life would have been radically different had I just not been so bloody honest!

It's the Fornton Eeef massive! (it's part of Croydon, btw, and a bit rough, I'm sure he'd go down well there)
-
That sucks. Good poitive attitude, though! It's the only way to get through that kind of thing.

I may have been one of that group. So long as we've got all bases covered (not over confident, not wetting our knickers), then we should be able to enjoy the game COYR!!!!

I'll say it again - Hull, from Wikipedia. I'm unleashing my inner alpine. 2008/9: Despite being one of the favourites for relegation, they began life in the Premier League in great form, beating Fulham 2–1 on the opening day in their first ever top flight fixture. With only one defeat in their opening nine games, Hull City found themselves (temporarily) joint top of the table, third on goal difference, following a 3–0 victory over West Bromwich Albion Hull City went into the final game of the season in 17th place and above the drop zone.

Presumably, on the they've all just had a cafe latte with a small grappa, being the euorpean sophisticates they are. Any aggro, or is it all homo erotic chest bumping? (Which is basically what supporting a football team is).

Just had a quick look on tinternet about Argentine-Uruguayan relations. Seems like Uruguay is the Scotland to Argentina's England. Maybe that's involved. Personally, think he should knuckle down, get some good performances in and clear off next summer, if he wants.

I wont ask for a stream, but this is a rare chance for us in Oz to watch a game with a beer as it's a 22:30 kick off with a bank holiday tomorrow! This thread seems very quiet - have I got the wrong day?

Hunger Games?

I actually think my devotion to England and the UK ended in the Euro 2000s when we lost to Portugal. I was on holiday in France and walked into the swimming pool out of sadness. Maybe it was disappointment at the result, maybe it was realisation that all my upbringing was based on England superiority at everything and I realised this wasn't true. Too much Battle comics I suppose. When England beat Germany 5-1 , I scared the kids with my jumping around, so perhaps it's what's happened since then, in football terms, which has made me, us, disassociate from the 'Nation'. Now we're in Oz 'us' to my son means Saints, then his local football team then Brisbane Roar then Brisbane RL team, then SRL playing for England. I think he feels more English than I do, when we're young, we want to identify and I'm happy for him to identify with England or Australia, and both. So, I'd probably give up the notion of Britishness before Englishness.

Didn't know about all this credit card business, but have only given the kids vouchers. Bought a cheapo ($70) tablet from KMart for the 3 year old and he loves all the painting / quiz games, it does all a little kid needs, in fact, apart from the screen resolution, I can't see why you'd need to get an i-Whatever anyway. It's basically a big android phone, without the calls and texts. If they're not available in the UK, I'll buy a few here in Oz and sell them in the pub for GBP100. Any Takers? Even the highest spec i-Thing has only got a usage life of 2-3 years as Apple will continue to generate demand for iOS99, which sadly is so fantastic, it can't run iOS98. So, kids, if you want to use the new in brain transluceny app, you better upgrade the hardware.

Did you guys suddenly go on strike? Or have you been assasinated by goons from the lounge? I know that football stuff can be distracting, but get your act together!
