Not sure if mentioned elsewhere but did you notice he got a free kick for exactly the same tackle on the left wing that wasn't given against Spurs away last season. Wish the events had been given the other way. I was really miffed at loosing to Spurs. I really feel we would of finished above them if we had won at WHL.

Must admit, I was was sure Chelsea would score. However, how great is it to have such quick fullbacks. Time and again they got back to cover raids down the wing. This gave us the chance to push up the field without fear. Don't think we have had this option for many years.

55 years old. After supporting Saints for so long I look more like 65. Born and raised in Winchester. Started watching Saints in late 60's. Got serious in 72. Went to every game in the 76 cup run. On crutches as I broke my leg in 75. Must admit watching Saints over the last 3 years has been more like the old days. Really good fun!!

No he didn't help save the club. He SAVED the club. If you want to talk business decisions you need to investigate what other directors get before you have the right to comment on the validity of £600000 being too much.
