  1. Get in there !!!!!!! 2-0!!!
  2. Those bum bandits down the road are hilarious! They're totally obsessed with us! If Adkins was manager of any other club they'd have no issues. I think it has something to do with the fact he's doing a very good job here and they obviously dont like the fact he believes they are catchable (which mathematically they still are). I'd rather have Adkins thatn Mr Gus "if you dont want to play for my team then you can feck off, oh wait dont go, we're bestest buddies really are'nt we! Poyet" - T@SSER!
  3. Just to remind you, you stated his "kicking AND distribution is poor" so the fact he threw it alot is very much the point! Why cling on to the ball for 30 seconds when you can start a quick break to put your opposition under pressure. This is something we havnt seen enough of lately. Again, i'll admit Bart's kicking has been suspect, but when you are given 1 game every half a season you're hardly going to be your most composed, especially against a team like utd.
  4. Utter tosh! The majority of Bart's distribution were long throws, or throws out to the full backs, that I've watched Barts distribution closely when he has played this season, and this method has been far more effective than Kelvin's Hoofing, which more than often find the opposition. The was the odd moment of panic yesterday granted, a few of his kicks do go astray, but no different from having KD in goal. Bart should be given a run of games, hes never done alot wrong imo. If he gets time to get his confidence up he could be a great keeper for us over the next couple of seasons.
  5. Not completely true actually. Bart's throwing is excellent, better than i've seen from Kelvin recently. Granted Bart did slice a few kicks, but he's lacking a bit of composure, something which comes after a run of games. I've been a keeper myself, i've been through the same thing. It's amazing the difference a couple of games can make.
  6. Thought Bart had a good game overall, the odd moment of uncertainty, but if you've hardly played any first team games over the last couple of years this will always be the case. Bart just needs a run of games, he has the ability, whilst still being relatively young. I would be more than happy with him as our no.1 in the future.
  7. Agreed, won everything in the air, and his distribution was much better today.
  8. Connolly is technically a great striker, onnhis day our best striker, im sure he would benfit the whole team if playing more regular, but unfortunately the problem is he's spending too much time in the treatment room.
  9. Umm, I think you'll find Llalana and Ox.C are both midfielders, no?
  10. Train picture donated by Doncaster Rupert Lowe's "Starship Enterprise" episode.
  11. How is this bad news?? He's been gash all season, so now he's been given a chance to go out get some footy under his belt and hopefully get his confidence back. We have plenty of players who could play as well as Punch has done this season, hell, even Pulis could probably have done a similar job. Don't get me wrong, i quite like Punch, but lets face it, he's not the player we know he can be, so the club has done something about it, whether it be for footballing reasons or personality issues. Good on 'em I say.
  12. Vincent Pericard!
  13. U.Van Gobbell should definately be in the team. The fact he is still on the run and has not been caught suggests he could still be very useful as an attacking wing back down the flanks.
  14. Guly!!! Get the f*ck in there!!!
  15. Guly on, good move, now lets see what he can do in 45 mins!
  16. Surely gotta bring on Dickson at half time for Harding!!!
  17. BIG LOL at monkadill!!
  18. Well pleased with this! From the videos i've seen of him during interviews he comes across very well, and appears to be a guy who players respect. Time to kick on!! COYR!
  19. Why can't we just pay scunny the compensation they are quite clearly entitled to. Cortese really is being a c*ck.
  20. Reminds me of when everyone was saying Nigel Pearson who? After a short stint with us he was practicaly a hero. Some saints fans just love to knock everything before a balls been kicked. I'm reasonably happy with this, proven track record at this level. Lets face it, if MON took over he'd be off in a flash if a prem club came in for him after 6 months!
  21. A mate of mine from work has posted this on facebook about 2 hours ago, make of it what you wish. "SAM IS AT WORK AT THE MOMENT (he works at Eastleigh Airport) AND NO WORD OF A LIE HAS JUST SENT ME THIS TEXT: PHIL BROWN IS IN COSTAS AT EASTLEIGH AIRPORT... he has just arrived (Arrived, not left!)" Could be BS, we'll know soon enough!
  22. Neil McCann/McCan't for me.
  23. I wonder if he has time to make an ice sculpture of a steam train for the office?
  24. +1 Almost worthy of his own miniture statue imo, especially for having to work with those other two t*ssers!
