I agree.

I doubt this means the wages get paid though. Don't The Football League keep the money until we get a takeover? And Notts County get 200k.

Good Luck. Had he found his shooting boots earlier in the season.. We may have never got relegated.
-
The sale of McGoldrick makes me think this is no closer to being resolved.
-
I can tell someone is having sleepless nights.. Cup final.
-
Have we gone bust yet?
-
Number two sounds like the best option. You'll never know the full story if you keep coming on this forum.
-
It wont be the same, it wont be the club i love.
-
Just sit here. Bored. Waiting. For nothing.

I'm fed up of the crap this club has offered over the past couple of years. We don't deserve this. Seal the deal please...

Peter Reid "I knew nothing until I read the Echo"

If Jackson gets this club and hires Reid as manager, we can look forward to another relegation. -
Great post.

Pinnacle. Pinnacle. Pinnacle. Pinnacle. Pinnacle. Pinnacle. Pinnacle. Pinnacle. Pinnacle. Pinnacle. Pinnacle. Pinnacle. Pinnacle. Pinnacle. Pinnacle. Pinnacle. Pinnacle. Pinnacle. Pinnacle. Pinnacle. Pinnacle. Pinnacle.

Good away fixture imo.

I believe Exeter City had a CVA in 2003 and were not in admin. I may be wrong though.

Goodbye Saints.

Can't we just lock all threads about the on-goings and re-open them when we actually hear some official news from the FL?
-
80%, No doubt that will be down to 40% when I come on this forum tomorrow though..
-
Sky Sports understood that we wanted to appeal and this stopped the FL from signing their agreement on the takeover. They wanted it in a written letter that Southampton F.C will not appeal towards a point deduction. Pinnacle refused and tried to talk the FL out of it.. They FL call an 'emergency' meeting tomorrow to discuss their private chat with Pinnacle. And IMHO we will either get a further point deduction tomorrow, or still be on -10. We never seem to get much luck, so it could well be another 15 points. It sucks being a Saints fan.
-
But how is that a punishment?
-
The rules state, if there is still a chance of relegation.. The club will surve the point deduction in the same season. Before Stockport went into admin, they were 13 points away from the relegation zone with a pretty decent GD over the bottom 3. When they went into admin, they were 3 points away but tbh.. It was completely unlikely they would be relegated. I think Northampton/Brighton had to win like 14-0. But because there was still a very small chance they could be relegated.. The rules state they get the point deduction in the same season they go into admin. Our situation was doom and gloom either way, -10 in League One or relegation to League One after managing to stay up in The Championship. Pretty pathetic, but they're the rules.

It isn't a update, I saw the same thing around an hour ago. It will just keep being repeated through-out the night. Nothing but doom and gloom supporting Saints and I love this club too much to turn away. I have hardly seen the good times, tbh the only memories I really have is the FA Cup 03 and The Great Escape in the Prem.

If we admit we were linked, we will face a CVA and that could well be another 15 points. Football clubs never get CVA's But do we owe anything to the HMRC(?)?
-
Take the 10 point deduction Pinnacle. Aslong as this club is still around, at least two years in League One would be fine.
