He can't be any worse than what is happening in attack at the moment, IMO we should be playing 442 with the big lad up front. But then i'm a old twat who knows even less than the average fan.

Is anyone else confused why various managers are picking the same team and not the team the fans would choose, what do the professionals see in training that we don't?

Hard to tell, i would imagine he probably earned more whilst a pundit with after dinner speaking etc. than he ever did as a player. Currently? Who knows, possibly enough to pay the bills. Can't imagine GB News pay much for a talking head.

He'll get an appearance fee every time he appears on GB News, he might for instance host Q&A meetings online (patreon etc.) or in person where people can either pay or donate. I suspect a book deal is in the pipeline. I would imagine currently he's quite a draw for certain communities.

Very few original thinkers out there in UK land plus too many people who like being contrary. People tend to tune into people who's views align with their own, the strange thing is people don't just believe in COVID misinformation, they buy into every conspiracy theory out there which is twinned with the 'fake news' message (before Trumplestiltskin even uttered it) so these pied piper types protect their revenue streams by claiming conspiracy. Very hard to admit mistakes, especially the male of the species.

Bringing Tella back in the window into an underperforming and low in confidence team would probably have messed him up.
-
100% this. He's cornered himself into a revenue stream from conspiracy theorists. He'll never get back to being mainstream media so he has to keep digging.

I loved Le Tissier in his playing days, i treasure those memories but that was 20+ years ago and people change. I'm sure he's still a nice bloke to talk to but some of his opinions he airs are at odds with what i believe and i can't take him seriously. Sky was changing its line up and chose to not renew his contract, were his views part of the decision possibly but i don't remember the other regulars who weren't renewed having outspoken views. It's very similar to when R2 changed their line up in the past couple of years. It reminded people that they were getting older and they were uncomfortable with it.

You can claim asylum in the country of your choice, not necessarily the first one you land in. Many reasons why they may choose the UK is the previously stable society, family ties through the commonwealth, English as a first or second language, employment opportunities etc. as far as I’m aware there are very few people on this board who are refugees so most people would be guessing based on their own politics or beliefs; including myself.

That's not what he said. He compared the language being used by our Government as similar to the language used in 1930's Germany. If you go and do a little research you'll be surprised at how right he is. The holocaust was later and is a disgusting blight on the 20th century society and shouldn't be forgotten.

The United Kingdom and the Death of Boris Johnson as we know it.

Not missing the point at all, you think one way, i think another. You think i'm wrong, i think you're wrong. Etc. etc. -

That analogy doesn't work as they speak English in Wales and Ireland, what about a choice of Ireland or a european country where you don't speak the language. Let's face it the English would be terrible refugees as the vast majority are crap at languages. -

Those are not the rules, it doesn't have to be the first place of safety. Maybe targeting the smugglers would be the better idea. I believe that many people coming to the UK do so because they speak English as a second language. If you're coming to start a new life or even temporary safety then being able to speak the language is an advantage. It also doesn't help that they're not allowed to work upon entry, surely giving them an NI number and tax code would remove some of the resentment? -
On Fantasy Premier League Bazunu is currently forth from top in terms of current form. May i suggest that its just a pile on and not actually reflecting facts? And from what i've seen in the last two games, the defenders are a much bigger problem. I'm probably wrong. Probably.

The only issue i have is that three managers keep picking Bednarek, is he just great in training or does he have some stellar blackmail material over the club?

My nephew chose to support Man City from a young age. I was disappointed and dropped the occasional hint but didn’t push too hard. My brother has taken him to SMS to a few games. Today I was sent this. I don’t know wether to be happy and proud or worry about the pain he’s going to endure!

She would rightly turn us down.

Rumours on the web about very, very expensive ladies of the night are abound. £500k for the ex of a former Man Utd & Real Madrid player for instance. Allegedly.

I think the own goal yesterday was unlucky. This is turning into an ugly pile on and does the club no favours.
