Completely agree JM. Albeit we deserve punishment for what we have done, I dont think teams should be able to in affect limit the pain from the punishment they receive. Yes we have both been hit with a -10 point penalty, but ours hurts more than theirs and that is not fair. Teams should as you say be forced to take the 10 points the current season if going into admin before the deadline and forced to apply next season if you go into admin any time after the deadline!

OK, having now had a few days to play on this, and a lot of spare time, I have over 10 Brutes (mainly used so I can become Pupils to my other Brutes to gain extra experience). Top Tip... You can still gain experience points fighting people up to two levels below you, so dont waste time/effort losing against people your level, find people who are a level or two below you and kick their as$es like a school yard bully. Gods sake, I saw the thread title, thought 'Ah, sounds good' and read through 5 pages of drivel from the same old people spouting carp. Got bored and it's not even on SSN that reguraly so cant be that news worthy. I have been watching it for around 30 minutes and havent seen a bean. I will be annoyed if some tw*t who cannot run a company without getting into serious debts and credit troubles ends up running our club!

Going slightly off at a tangent here but something I am keen to know... Does MF have any duty to secure the future of the club to the best possibility to ensure that administration never happened again? Im guessing it is within best practice to do this. To ensure that the buyer has sufficient funds to not only puchase the club, but with expected income in the future, keep the club running? If this is the case, then surely any bid which contains any of the pratts that ruined the club should be automatically declined due to their involvement and what it will mean to future income. We all know that if they have anything to do with the new owners, the fan base will still remain divided and now a league lower, attendances will be even smaller and there would be a very strong chance we would be in the same state in a small space of time again.

Am I the only one to think Shearer is being touted as the manager of all managers?! I know his Geordie connections means that Newcastle fans love him, but we love Le Tiss and personally, I would never want him as a manager for a number of reasons. He has no experience as a manager what so ever, and there is also the possibility of him doing a carp job and losing his iconic status amongst fans. OK Keane did it well and stepped up from player to manager straight away, but it is very rare a top player becomes a top manager. Ferguson, Wenger, Benitez etc etc etc all top managers but not top players. I for one prey Saints dont get Le Tiss, Dodd, Benali or Shearer as the next manager. I do not think they will do well. We need a battling manager that will scare the fook out of our team and get the best out of them like Strachan did with our (somewhat) mediorce squad in the good ol' Premiership days. My vote would go to someone like Boothroyd or Ince
