  1. I know exactly why they voted leave - I'm from Totton originally and remember how the value system in areas like Totton places more kudos on being "cool" than "intelligent", is belligerent and quick to fight, and is also ultimately easy to manipulate with bad facts and scary headlines. I'm also aware that globalisation benefits the world by dragging the global underclass out of poverty and into the working class (which ultimately gets them paying taxes to maintain the culture, and to become consumers for the ruling manufacturing class) but it screws over the working class of countries like the UK by dragging those guys closer to the global underclass as they get dragged toward Western standards of living. So things feel worse for those people, and they vote against it. IMHO... As a remainer however, I have to say I thought Liam Fox's speech yesterday about being a standard bearer for global free trade was the first decent optimist thing I'd heard from what was a fairly nasty side of the campaign. and we are leaving, so lets get on with it.
  2. Damn right, and when we repeal all the human rights legislation I'm going to exploit the plebs to **** in my sweatshop. Bring it on
  3. Carlton Pogba - love it
  4. It was until we said we're leaving anyway - we are a godsend to the Federalist nutters
  5. Exactly, my grandad fought in the BEF and then through the Middle and Far Easts to ensure good old British Fascism had a chance against that foreign Fascism rubbish. As Brexit is all about Freedom, I think we should be free to have as many passports as we like - as long as we are paying our UK taxes what's the problem (and what's the problem with my Grand Cayman passport exactly)
  6. NANANANANANANANA Leader
  7. My mates son who is brickying at Austin's on a development in Newbury says he was a **** bricky As long as he keeps scoring and doesn't harm team morale, he's alright .
  8. and the Tyro league playing at Millbrook
  9. Billionaires wouldn't touch a Sunseeker with a barge pole. Blom + Voss / Fincantierre for them :-) They might buy the company mind
  10. Frankie Bennet was fast as f***, but couldn't play football. Van Gobbell was quick I seem to remember as well, mainly because when he started moving he couldn't stop
  11. I hope that this is Not Exclusive Or they'll be first out the gate. What next NANDos?

  16. never underestimate how thick the general public can be
  17. I'm in the Birmingham navy so occasionally need crew, but it's just about turning engines on :-) Back to the boxes, they are empty space so utterly wasted if empty. the club should really look to promote these more actively and at realistic prices. Maybe turn them into a mini-suite for an overnight hotel experience
  18. He was indeed in Ocean Village as I could see my boat in the background of one of his first interviews when he joined . Coming back to how engaged the commercial team are, I received one call, got sent a brochure, had one follow up call that I answered and when I said I wasn't interested in a season there was no "why not, what can I do to convince you" it was: "ok, cheers". Feels like it needs a proper hospitality manager. My business partners brother in law used to run Arsenal's, maybe they can get him in
  19. His agent gets £65k a week :-)
  20. I booked one for the Chelsea game 2 Christmas's ago and it was 2,250 from memory and 30k a year. Got the brochure for this season 2 weeks ago and it was 43k a year. Who would pay that! It's not all that either compared to Chelsea (in a ****ty old stadium), Arsenal or Twickers in my opinion.
  21. 11th I reckon
  22. This. Gutted he's gone from a playing perspective, but he only stepped up when in the shop window last season. might have got the 3 points we needed for Champions League by dropping him against lesser opposition he couldn't be bothered against...
  23. Half right. We're bound by contract to Football League Interactive (FLi) who used to use Perform group but had it replatformed by SapientNitro in 2012. I know this as I ran the RFP. Sorry.
  24. Must be some sort of Nationalistic Socialism
  25. To sound a bit like a "libtard", the pathetic clamour for "all Muslims" to condemn the attack is trolling at it's worst. Sadiq Kahn condemned the attacks immediately. I was in Pacha in Ibiza yesterday morning at 4am in the VIP bit with 2 Kuwaiti Muslims who condemned all the ISIS bull**** (mind you they were celebrating Eid late with a bottle of Belvedere...) Having said that, the clamour to also blame ourselves for this for bombing Syria or whatever is also pathetic. The ISIS type people are arseholes. It's probably more to do with them being poor and poorly educated, and there are numerous arguments for that being "the fault" of the West or whatever but the people who preach hate, and who carry out hate crimes are all ****s (ISIS, Britain First - they're all the ****ing same) and it's those people who should be targeted and exterminated by a coalition of the willing.
