I once had a nightmare that I was on this internet forum, and all people where talking about was their dreams.

All right, a gram of sissy pill is coming your way.

Never woke up sadder in your life??? Lucky man... And please keep dreams off the main board...

Who is the guy under Redcrapp?
-
Somebody should send this thread to the FA so they can see with their own eyes what 14 days without a fixture does to the fans.

@ Nope. His last club as a player was Coventry, but he played for us before that (2005-06). He then became caretaker-manager for us when the saggy faced one left. And he was a youth player for us in the 80s.

I think QPR might be in a lot of trouble actually. Yes, they have people to support them with money at the moment, but that might not last for ever. Even with the parachute money, QPR will be miles away from being sustainable. Read somewhere that they make less than £1 mill on match days in the premiership. If it's true that Samba makes close to £100k a week, that means they don't even make enough to support his wages alone. Some of the biggest earners there are on long contracts, like Samba, which means that they're dependent on the good will from the owners for years to come, unless they manage to offload pretty average players on enormous wages. Guess Ben Haim has a couple of things to teach his team mates about draining your employer for money. Also, just like Pompey QPR have very few assets. Old, low capacity stadium and doesn't own their own training ground. So many similarities there, the only exception being that qpr owners aren't total crooks. But you don't have to be a crook to go tired of wasting your money on a football club.

QPR fans continue to blame Mark Hughes, avoiding to see that their whole set up is a mess, and that Fernandes's just using them as a branding tool. They will go down and then try to buy themselves a promotion, fail, and then go full Pompey.

Stig Johansen. My hero as a kid, made me support Southampton.

To be honest, I think Barton has a point when it comes to the media. The tabloids have made good money on reporting on Gazzas decline, and now that he's worse than ever they are suddenly trying to act nice. A bit like if Adolf Eichmann would collect money for Holocaust victims.

Was he ever interested in us?

I'm absolutley amazed that Tony Fernandes isn't criticized more by the QPR fans. In this he is basically saying QPR is a branding tool for him and his other businesses: http://video.ft.com/v/2147684337001/Asean-progress-provides-a-boost Also, it was him and his board that appointed MH and HR, and gave the go to all their bad signings. Would have hated him if he was here.

Don' know if mentioned but Jan-Paul Saeijs. Didn't he want to stay here after we went down to league 1? Was all right, wasn't he? Also: Steven Basham Neal Trotman Yoann Folly (now at Aberdeen) Jim Brennan Jake Thomson (thought he would be good, now at Newport) Jacob Mellis and last but not least: Oleksiy Cherednyk and his good mate Sergey Gotsmanov. Anyone remember those?

1 point at Wigan is far more impressive than a victory against Man City

Agree to this. Very important that the team manage to reset themselves 'til the next game. -
Tricky match, but absolutely winnable. A draw is most likely in my opinion.

Villa are pressing, but haven't created any chances apart from that incredible sitter in the first minutes. West Ham are terrible. Think we'll finish above both.

Think Davis has looked very good under Pochettino. Seems to fit the tactics.
