I don't think James is suitable for right back, he'd be better in the holding midfield role along side Wotton imo. An experienced head to look out for him and recover any lost possession etc. The same goes for Lancashire + Perry, there was not enough experience in central defence against QPR when Lancashire played last time, so playing him alongside Perry could form a great partnership. ----------Davis---------- Cork--L'shire--Perry--Mills -----Wotton--James----- Lallana------------Surman --------DMG------------- -------------Pekhart----- Subs: Bart, Killer (if fit), Skacel, Gillett, Robertson (if fit)

I loved GH3 and played Rock Band 1 at a mate's house and wasn't overwhelmed. I liked the singing and drum capabilities but I feel that GH4 will do it so much better, i'm going to wait around for that.

I got the album yesterday. I'm not a massive fan of Metallica, but I do think that 'Black Album' is an awesome record and i've been pleasantly surprised by this new record. Some very good riffs on here and while i'm not a very big fan of metal i'm slowly but surely falling in love with the album. 8.5/10

I reckon it'll be 4, I heard Diamonds were sh*te! And jawillwill, you just wait until next season...

2-1 against Braveheart Utd..that makes it 3 wins in a row for me 10 points out of 12 too, not doing too badly!

I love the way that the English FA seem to think they're supreme to other nations. There are no tournaments that summer, so why not? Plus, I think Scotland would cream England on current form (even if we have got GB as our manager...). ACH AYE THE NOO.

However much people say that this is a must win game and that we will win easily, we have to treat every game as a cup final. Each point will be essential to avoiding relegation and we simply cannot afford to slip up here, although I have a gut feeling that we will. Even if Barnsley are a relatively poor side they still took 4 points from us last season and we have to fight and make sure they don't again. 3-2 to Barnsley.

I wish we'd kept Blackstock, he's got real potential and would work well in our team now playing with SJ or DMG up front. He always looked dangerous and is playing regularly for QPR now and scoring loads of goals in the process. If QPR don't get promoted this season then he'll go to a smaller Prem club, no doubt. He's a very good player imo. McGoldrick is also good, but on a different level to Blackstock. He has the power that Blackstock lacks and his ability to run at the defence is very good, although I worry sometimes about his finishing. We made the right choice by letting Best go, he's not good enough to be at the club. Sure, he has pace, but he rarely scored (some might argue that neither DMG or Blackstock did either) and was flimsy. If he's struggling to get into the Coventry team now he'll be leaving in January to go to some League 1 club.

Even though I have very little knowledge of government and party policies etc, I will be voting for the Lib Dems (in my local election). Mainly because Nick Clegg is a legend.

I can't fault his achievements, but no f*cking way would I want him managing my club. Hopefully other people agree with me. The guy is just a complete tw*t.

Really cannot see us winning tonight.. 4-2 Ipswich Lallana and John scoring for us.

So much for total football then...

Wow, that is a very competitive price. My brother ought to be getting one of these later in the month and it should certainly prove to be a better buy than a PSP two years ago for £170.

I think WS wants to be added to the PM list, Bates.

I don't think it was entirely malicious, like thedelldays said, i'd put it down to a rush of blood to the head. He wanted to win the ball back and just got a bit carried away. But how the fook did Fagan get a broken leg from that? He got up and was arguing with the ref ffs! Did he slip on his way to the team coach or something..?

I don't see why so many people are against Lowe. Fair enough, his decisions are more often than not unpopular with the fans, but he's a good businessman who will run this club well. I feel very secure about the club's finances with him at the helm, and I feel that every decision he makes is for the greater good. Ok, so selling Walcott, Bale etc weren't popular decisions, but they were always going to go eventually and Lowe made sure we got a good price for them, and without their transfer fees we would be in administration right now. And no, i'm not Scooby in disguise.

Most of my favourite albums are ones that grow on you tbh, I like albums that catch you at first but I often get bored. I enjoy listening to albums at least twice, maybe even three times through when I buy them and that way I get a real feel for the songs, I can feel the craft behind them and i can understand them too. My top five are mainly albums that have come out recently because, although I do listen to a lot of music from past decades, my music tastes are firmly rooted in the modern music scene because this is what I have grown up with and into in a way. Music has evolved so much over the last 50 years that it's unbelievable. Anyway. 1. Radiohead - OK Computer 2. Biffy Clyro - Puzzle 3. Rage Against The Machine - The Battle of Los Angeles 4. Kings of Leon - Because of the Times 5. Larrikin Love - The Freedom Spark These five albums are ones that will not particularly grab you by the balls at first (with the exception of RATM) but you will find that with each listen they get so much better. When I first listened to Because of the Times by KOL, I was disappointed with it after Youth and Young Manhood, as their style seems to have changed a lot. But with each listen I discovered more textures and feel to each of the songs, and now I can honestly say that imo it's one of the best albums of the last decade.

Shouldn't be too big a problem seeing as we have Cork and Lancashire has just come back from injury. Byrne and Racine are fit too, so we've got no shortage of cover for WT, but i'd still feel more comfortable if we got a loan in from somewhere as I don't feel that Byrne and Racine are ready yet.

Teh official weekend fred sponsored by Teddy Ruxpin

Today: College + Rugby training which was ******* knackering. Tomorrow: Recouperate from Rugby and probably see a few mates. Sunday: QPR vs Saints (either make the trip to London or watch it on the telly). Prediction 6/10 -
Tbf they're not as annoyingly Scottish live as The View. Glasvegas are truly awesome, haven't got the album yet but I have listened to it at a friend's house and it's really good. Sounds like The Smiths on a holiday in Scotland with Interpol.

Had my first win for Horny Elephants t'other day. Aiming for mid-table. 6/7th would be nice.

LOTR 3 was the best of all the trilogy though. I'll be interested to see how this turns out..who knows, I might even fork out for a ticket to see it..

They fully deserve that, their latest album is a cracker and they're one of the most underrated bands in music today. Plus, most of the other nominees' albums are just overhyped. Last Shadown Puppets album only has two decent songs on it (Age of the Understatement and Standing Next To Me), Laura Marling's album is good, but not great. Adele? F*ck off. The only other decent album on that list is In Rainbows, but Radiohead don't need any more accolades tbh.
