Well, try running a country and maintaining a perfect persona at the same time. Of course he's going to get angry sometimes, he's got one of the most stressful jobs in the entire world and he's under a lot of media scrutiny as well, especially as we didn't actually elect him as our Prime Minister. As for the sulk at the dinner party, Brown has never had good social skills. His infamous grimacing smile is an indicator that he's a very withdrawn bloke and also very serious. IIRC, he went to Oxford aged 16 and spent something like 10 years studying there. That's certainly not a normal thing to do. He was moved out of his age group at school at a tender age and supposedly never really fit in with anyone. FWIW, i'm a supporter of the Lib Dem party, so no Labour 'follow our leader' bias from me. I just think people are way too harsh on somebody who is doing a far better job at running the country than some snobby journalist could.

F*ck, don't even know why I started this thread. Ruined my SaintsWeb street cred now.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wEiyGgWt6no Fantastic performance of one of the best songs ever written. Just a shame for me that I never got to see them in their prime... Hamilton, i'll give Brian Eno's stuff a more in-depth listen as he's got a rather extended discography on Spotify! Anything in particular that you would recommend as 'entry level' Eno?

Alfonso 'couldn't score in a brothel' Alves was one of Southgate's signings. M'boro are a small club, they just got lucky with Steve McLaren (who I think is a v.good manager, just not cut out for international management) and I think they may have found their level now tbh. The Prem is full of clubs like Boro though. Take the bottom half of the table for instance: Birmingham Stoke Blackburn West Ham Sunderland Wigan Wolves Hull Bolton Burnley Portsmouth How many of those teams could you say actually deserve their Premiership status? Certainly not any of the bottom 6 imo, and then Stoke and Blackburn have been pushing their luck in the past few seasons and Brum would be included in the list if they weren't having a good season like they are at the moment. Then you've got teams like Newcastle, West Brom, Norwich, Saints, Leeds, Luton and Nottingham Forest who have got long histories in the top flight but are languishing in the lower divisions. Football is a funny game...

Supposedly it's quite like coke. You talk sh*t all night and gurn like a muthaf*cker if you're not careful. I've not done it though because i'm a good boy.

If he's match fit I don't see why he shouldn't be in the squad as an impact player. His injuries have really f*cked up his fitness though, so he may well pick up an injury between now and the WC when he could be ruled out for a while.

Great result today and hopefully the start of a very fruitful partnership between Lambert and Barnard. I think Barnard just needed that little spark of confidence to get him started here, and he's shown today what he can do. A nice big win at Wycombe and then we can really get moving! COYR!
