Unfortunately mate, that's unavoidable. Easy to play the blame game in politics. Starting to remember why I f*cking despise politicians so much, self-serving bunch.

Victor Wanyama tells The Sun that Arsenal want to sign him
SuperMikey replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Regarding Vic, he's definitely going to be the focus of transfer speculation in the summer. Given what happened last summer it'll be an easy story for journalists to spin and it seems that our players are pretty prone to having their heads turned by media stories. Unfortunately we have to realise that Vic probably is good enough to play for a Champions League team, and that we are not (yet). He could probably be persuaded to stay and help us in Europa League next season (if we get there) and see where he goes from there - I highly doubt he'd be allowed to leave given that it's almost certain Morgan will be going too. Our midfield would be in tatters! -

Perhaps you might need to look at introducing a psychiatric evaluation before allowing anyone to post on here, although I think this place would empty out pretty quickly. -
Read that earlier, perhaps this might persuade people that the Tories might not be the most "responsible" party out there. Cutting even deeper and putting more people into poverty so those at the top can carry on profiting. Fanf*ckingtastic. With borrowing as high as it is and the projected Tory cuts putting more people in danger, maybe it's time for a re-think. Honestly starting to think that Labour might be a better choice economically which I never thought I would say considering Ed Balls is in charge of their finances..

I have a Wii U and although I haven't delved too much into the game catalogue available (not at £50 a pop at least..) I have to say there are areas to be worked on. As said before, the WU controller itself is very clunky and not particularly easy on the eye. The Wii was really groundbreaking in its motion-sensing control system but this feels like a step back in a way. On a positive note, the games that I have played (Mario Kart, Smash Bros in terms of bespoke titles) have been very good and enjoyable. I have played through Skyward Sword and am currently playing through Twilight Princess again on the console too using the Wii remote and that runs flawlessly. Next year's (boooo) Zelda game looks like it's going to be huge, but i'm not quite sure if the Wii U is the right console for it. There's talk of a WU/NX crossover launch should Nintendo develop their new console in time for the game's release next year. Very much looking forward to seeing what the next step for Nintendo is, and i'm hoping that they hit a home run with the NX - hopefully more on that at E3..

Are we ? Probably organised by the white handkerchief brigade.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election-2015-32409909 Tories so desperate to fling mud at the SNP that they'll try and create controversy over a joke. What makes it even better is that it's a joke about the media perception of the relationship between Labour and the SNP, which is now fuelling even more commentary and fearmongering! The mind boggles. Honestly, I can't wait for this election to be over with now so that our politicians can go back to acting like c*nts in a confined area (i.e. Commons) rather than being let loose on the general public. Why do these people run the country again?

At least I don't need to click on the link in the OP now, i've seen the entire website from this thread.

I don't see how Hernandez would fit into our system tbh - our striker is always key to how we go about attacking in terms of holding the ball up, winning the ball in the air and providing killer passes to players running in behind him. Hernandez just doesn't have those aspects to his game, similarly neither does Danny Ings. Either of those players could work well playing the kind of role that Mane has this season, playing off Pelle in a second striker role, but Ron has shown that he likes his 4-3-3 so I imagine we'll get in players to suit that system. Gestede may not be such a bad shout after all!

QPR's wage bill was 195% of their turnover - and that was in the Championship! I imagine our wage bill will be a lot higher this season, will be interesting to see how the 2 seasons compare when the figures are released.

Bed time is at 10pm sharp, the club are very strict about this kind of thing

I would love us to sign Krul, but I think Fraser will be first choice when he comes back. I think a season loan with an option to buy would be the best deal for us but as MLG says, Ashley would probably be more keen to take the cash on offer. Janmaat is a decent player though, would be a capable replacement for Clyne.

Ball nearly scrambled across the line by Seager, looks like it's going to be quite end-to-end this one.
-
That Nyambe for them does look very good, looks like a taller stronger version of Clyne. From the 5 minutes we've seen so far that is!

Anyone found a stream for this? Being shown on SS1 so they should be around, but I can't seem to find any...

Really? You've never said that before. Why don't you finish yourself off and go outside, maybe do something other than posting the same negative sh!t on here every single week. Just a suggestion.

Stupid question, but was their goal not offside? When the ball was delivered back into the box, 2 Stoke players were standing in offside positions and even though JWP flicked it on, they were both directly involved in play. Either way, totally f*cking predictable for them to nick it. Awful game, both teams played badly.

I would be interested in the ticket, drop me an email - michaelmacdonald59@hotmail.com

If the SNP get into power in whatever capacity, they won't be able to wield much influence because of all the other parties that would be involved in a "Rainbow" coalition. Also as CB pointed out, the demand for a referendum is at its lowest now so they will have to focus on policy rather than banging on about that. It's a put up/shut up scenario - with no chance of a referendum they'll have to practice what they preach and show to the voters in Scotland that they can actually deliver on what they say. Personally I think they can, they have some talented politicians in their ranks and will have a big bloc of MPs in the Commons going by recent polls. Working with Labour, Lib Dem, Greens etc would provide a pretty balanced left-leaning coalition that may actually gather the support of the people unlike the previous incumbents.

Exactly why I decided to watch the episodes before people had a chance to spoil them for me. ****.

Leicester -24 28 Final day has a battle between Man Utd, Liverpool and us for 4th - despite Liverpool's victory at Stoke the place goes to Man Utd who draw 0-0 away at Hull, while we get beaten 2-0 at the Etihad. At the other end of the table, Hull and QPR both need to win their games to keep their place in the division but both draw against Man Utd and Leicester respectively. Some difficult results to predict in there though, it definitely won't be clean-cut between now and the end of the season at all! -
Got this album on today, one of my favourites. Production on this song is fantastic.

True, it's a huge step up for him and for players playing U21 football in general tbh because the standard is pretty poor. I know we're not huge fans of loaning players out but I think a season in the Championship next year would do him the world of good and help him to kick on to the next level.
