United to sign Matt Radcliffe following Tottenham match
Saint_Ash replied to Saint86's topic in The Saints
Looks like he's had an electric shock -
I would say some of these united fans are feeling the pressure! http://community.manutd.com/forums/t/288283.aspx?PageIndex=3

Or, where abouts in England is Scotland?
-
Great thread!
-
How can this be? He wasn't even in Garth Crook's team for the Premiership?
-
Has someone jokingly told him he might be able to manage the "actual" Southampton one day?

Born in Chesterfield in '78, lived in Sheffield, I remember when I was about 6 a load of friends going on about supporting Sheffield Wednesday as they were a pretty decent outfit then but just to annoy them all I said I supported Sheffield United. Unfortunately my parents and older brother had no affinity for football unlike me so when we moved to tiny village in Somerset called Westonzoyland when I was 7 I have no recollection of supporting anyone, it wasn't until we moved again to Southampton when I was 9 that I made friends at school whose parents took them to the the Dell and I tagged along. One of my earliest memories was of Shearer scoring his hat-track and of the surge forward at every goal and being crushed against the bars when standing. Loved it! Now I have a season ticket with my young boy and I still don't think my parents or brother have set foot in a football stadium. I must have been adopted!

Looking at the league money I'd say we're well placed to pick up what Everton roughly received, so about £85M this year!
-
If we can win some silverware in the next couple of years with Fonte holding aloft the trophy then he would be my bet.
-
Maybe the contract isn't there anymore. Just needs to take it slowly even if that means not playing again this year. Have to Think about his career first and foremost.

Looking at the next fixtures for arse and man u, this makes beating Swansea at home pretty important. Then again we'll be saying this every week I feel!

He has 7 assists for the season so far which is pretty good as he'd only played 90 minutes 4 times. Only Sigurdsson (8 ), Baines (8 ), Tadic (9) and Fabregas (15!!) are better than him on the assist charts and Sanchez, Oscar, Sterling, Henderson and Downing are in the same boat as 7 so JWP is in good company. I'd like to see him try and be like Fabregas, working in the number 10 role seeing a quick pass to the striker to create a goal, just like he did in the first goal for Elia. Great ball. As already mentioned I can see him taking the mantle form Davis at some point but taking it further. Got an excellent future with Saints.

I would pick the form over the last 22 games. 3rd will do me and an FA cup win.
-
This just sums him up. The bloke is a loon.
-
I think it will be Koeman and Fonte myself.
-
I expect the Ivory Coast will do pretty well in the ACON so could be a while before they see Toure back, and Bony for that matter.

A bit of realism is needed. We will no way catch city so we need them to smash the arse in. 4 or 5 would be good!

No mate, not referring to you. Just in general. I really this bloke. Seems really nice in his interviews. -

I feel we'll get him personally. Love the way he hugged koeman and he loves being here. Comparisons to balbalotelli are way off. Has koeman got a signing wrong? -
I honestly thought we'd lose today. We are amazing! If koeman doesn't win manager of the year something is wrong with the world!
