Does Barnard have to be signed by now to play in the fa cup tomorrow? Got 1 minute left by my reckoning.

Is the JPT more important than promotion? That's a good question actually and be a good poll to have. One Wembley Trip with success, I would probably err towards promotion myself.

Perhaps you should've said that you've seen his facebook status, say what it says and that you reckon it could mean he's leaving instead of trying to sound all ITKie.

All the words in the headlines of all the stories are capitalised I'm afraid. I like the thinking of tomorrows headline could be "Stock Taken" though!

I couldn't care less about Coventry or Ward, all I care about is Southampton and if there's a reason we didn't buy Ward at the last minute then so be it. If it means we can have Seabourne on small wages enabling us to get in a decent striker or mid on decent wages instead of Ward and his wages then everyone will be thinking it's great bit of business. This is about Saints, what's best for them, couldn't give a rat's arse if we put Coventry's nose out of joint!

It's actually pretty good that with these signings of defenders it creates more opportunities and flexibilty around the squad. Like what TDD is saying about Waigo going up front with James as right midfielder, that's also a good idea. I'd personally like to see Waigo tried more up front, instead of hanging off the shoulder of the last man though he should stand 2 foot in front of him!

Agree with this fella. Jon Otsewotsit coming in has freed James up to be a midfielder so with Lallana, James, Morgan, Hammond, Waigo, Antonio vying to be first teamers across the midfield with the younger lads coming in I would say it has to be a striker that we get in.

Jon Otsemobor signed on 6 month contract

Need a proper right back as James isn't, Murty is a bit of a sick note so Otsewotsit can fill in the gaps when Murty's injured. Have more midfield cover now with James there so I'd like us to sign a quality striker and I'll be happy! Cortese isn't going to be splashing a absolute fortune so I think the signings so far are pretty wise. One more excellent signing of a striker and I'll be happy for this window! -
FFS people give him a chance! We now have a young solid defender on the books that probably cost pittance, we're looking at building a "Squad" that can cope with a sh1tload of fixtures till the end of the season. Beyond this season we won't see the likes of Perry/Jaidi/Thomas around for much longer. A decent squad signing and we haven't finished yet so why don't people stop whinging and give the lad a chance, also wait until the window has shut then we can analyse the transfer and whinge if need be!

Nice, back up to Fonte and Harding I reckon.

Haha! It's an article about "Rumours" A lot of rumours on this site. Like Ponty says, Get a grip!
-
Is this Lad any good then?
-
We are Man City of League 1! And it's bloody brilliant!!!
-
Don't cry mush, Southampton are still two divisions below us! haha! Brilliant!
-
Wooo got your tickets then mate?
-
This is only to get people thinking "Booo we want a proper signing" then they'll pull out someone from the hat and everyone will shout "Yeah, I'm not disappointed anymore!!" He's a decent player, I know they'll be more signings so I'm not disappointed, useful lad to have when the oppo's back line are lacking in pace!

FIFA rule protects Lambert & Hammond from leaving
Saint_Ash replied to Master Bates's topic in The Saints
Not really. Just tell them they're not being sold. Simples! -
Haha! LOL at a blank shirt sponsor just because it's 125 years! I agree with TDD "So What?" are we going to have a blank one for 130 years? 135? Does it have to be every 5 years? How about 126 year anniversary? We're a team on the up, a wise company will see that it could be smart to sponsor us, we're being run as a business, let's act like one.

Get the **** right in!!!
-
Would be an awesome signing for a free and with Pardew's patience he had with Connelly he might try the same thing.
-
Does he?
-
They get -9 points. I remember when they nearly went into admin earlier on in the season I'm sure the Premier League said they'd help them out so they wouldn't go into admin!

A few people here would be more concerned about the goals conceded other than the win when the game is all about winning. Hopefully Pards can see where the mistakes came from for the goals and sort it out but we didn't have a full strength team out. I'm not concerned about the goals conceded at all as we won and through to the next round. Win every game 3-2 and it would make for an excellent season!
-
Maybe but I would wait until the end of the game before everyone starts whinging about a goal going in when we are 3-0 up. 3-1 is a decent scoreline where ever you go. If it comes back to 3-3 or we lose then yes I will complain with the rest of the people that make this site so negative but until then the only thing that matters is winning the game, and are we not winning? Yes.If we win 5-4 I'll be happy as we won, that's the be all and end all of this game.
-
Generic complaint about being 3-1 up. I can't believe we're so rubbish, how dare we be winning. Jesus Christ, some people!!
