It's my only real worry with Adkins, I think we may well struggle this summer to attract players, I'm sure by January he will be more of a draw as a manager after we hopefully have a good start.

Try and find a voucher for Adwords, I got a £75 voucher when I first started which lasted a couple of months, since then I've added £100 of which I have about £15 left. I get a fair bit of work through my website, probably around £1000~ a month although it's obviously hard to work out wether through adwords or just organic searches. I've just recently set my daily limit a lot lower than before as I'm so busy and to be honest I've not really noticed any dip which leads me to think PPC might be a waste of money. Getting the SEO stuff sorted properly is a priority. Cant go wrong if you get a free voucher though and the good thing about Adwords is they don't ever take money out of your account, you transfer money from your account into the adwords account and set a daily limit and once that's used up your ads get pulled until you add more money

Taking rubbish to the tip is far easier said then done. I can't take it to the tip because of my only mode of transport is a van and my other housemates don't drive. We haven't had our bins collected for over five weeks now. It's becoming a joke. I don't care about the politics of it all - I pay my council tax every month and expect these things to be sorted. Why hasn't it been outsourced already? that would shut the binmen up very quickly.

They're pointless. Say for Pompey away, someone could buy a membership for £20 (think it was that much last time) at the start of the season and get a ticket ahead of someone who's been to every away game - not fair. Even that situation is a bit of a long shot since it's almost certain STH will take all the pompey tickets. It's almost just a badge to prove you're a super dooper fan who just can't be arsed with a season ticket or can't attend every home game.

Every single one of those would walk into our team. Even the worst few players (Konchesky, Poulsen, Obertan, Halford etc) would be fantastic. The likes of Bentley, Jo, Evans etc would never drop down to a team just promoted to the Championship, they will walk into a mid table Premiership side.

Selling Chamberlain would be ridiculous. Everyone would shoot off about what a great deal we got from, what a good job by Cortese to get such a deal and how he's not that good anyway etc. Then in 2-3 years time he will get a hat-trick for England against one of the top teams in the world (like Theo) or score a hat-trick away against the Champions of Europe (Bale) and we will all realise again how much of a special talent we've let slip through for peanuts. We've supposedly got money now, why even consider selling our best talent? Ridiculous. Even if we get silly money (8m or so) we'd be lucky to see even half of that go into transfers in the short term. Cortese won't pay over inflated prices and every club will know we've got money and ramp the prices up.

It was obvious he wouldn't make the cut. The FA are obviously far more interested in how we do at the Euro's rather than selling a few thousand extra tickets.

Totally agree with this thread, the ticket prices are bad enough in the Championship, I'm not looking forward to £30-£35 tickets again. Part of me hopes we never go back the Premiership, I really think I'd lose all enjoyment and passion for the game paying out £45+ on tickets to places like Fulham. They need to introduce a ticket cap.

Two crap away games

He is ****e, if he was fit for 90% of the season he would be a half decent squad player, as it is he's useless. I can't think of any telling contributions at all in League one. It's a shame because for the first five games he played for us he looked very dangerous, ever since either injured or ****.

I'll play, probably bring a couple of others.

Dagenham was immense, MK was ****e. Plymouth, Bournemouth, Brentford, Bristol Rovers etc where all brilliant as well.

Most pubs do good food these days. Chilworth Arms and Ceno's are two of my favourites.
