This is the religion I have been preaching too Webby.

I was gutted standing in that away section after the game last night. I applauded the players anyway though because one thing I couldn't fault was their application. The gameplan they were asked to deploy was the major problem and that was not their fault. They should be cheered and applauded when they come out on Sunday, just like any other home game. The fans being behind the team is the best was to get what everyone wants.

Unsettled how? I want what he's got unsettled? Do these guys not have any male pride which makes them want to give 100% whatever the case? I got a pint of shandy and bag of bovril crisps when i played but never dreamt about not giving 100% when the big boys came calling with promises of Kroney 1664 and a bag of pickled onion Monster Munch

Just do it, don't say it. I don't want opposing fans thinking ours have massive vaginas.

I think it's unlikely the Danish fans would kick off without provocation as crowd trouble is rare over here, unless it's FC Copenhagen v Brøndby who kick off every time they meet pretty much. The FCM fans are more likely to have a spirit akin to how I understood the Vitesse fans to be. I can't think there would be any problems at all getting in as a non-Danish speaker either.

I'll take a draw and be happy with it.

I'm watching on TV but I have the Arsenal game on http://www.footy.ml on the 2nd channel. On the 1st channel he has the Saints game and it's usually very good quality (as it also is today). Try that if your stream is bad.

Uh...yeah I do thanks.

A disgrace, yep that is exactly what it is. Rickie is a Saints hero and he always will be, whoever he plays for. If people do not have the good grace to appreciate what he did for us then I feel sorry for them.

CONFIRMED - Virgil Van Dijk joins on Five Year Deal
grezz replied to Brizzie Saints's topic in The Saints
True that. That book was written by a Saints fan and my old school mate Jeremy Butler. I am reliably informed by Jez that the 'incident' was slightly embellished but he still laughed about it when he was telling me because he hates Man Utd. -
Hmm......if he has signed a 5 year and he's tight with Koeman, does that say something about Koeman's future intentions?

He's a Paraguay fan with a dynamic personality who lent his name to a minor elevation in the ground somewhere on the outskirts of London

Ah you meant better on the pitch? OK, I'll give you that (marginally) simply because statistics say so. I'm still pretty happy we how we are going in the great scheme of things. I wouldn't be unhappy right now if I was a Spurs fan though to be fair.

Bigger and richer - absolutely. Better, no. Despite many of the posts above I firmly believe that Saints are playing the game exactly right for long term, progressive growth. We entered the top 20 world football brands recently and if we know how to turn that into ££ (I have no idea personally but I trust they do), and if we continue to be strict about managing our day to day business within our means, then we will hopefully, one day in the long term future, overtake clubs like Spurs. I think we are a better run club than Spurs in the great scheme of things as things stand today. Unfortunately I also think Poch is good for them and he will change them into a better run club. They have things that will always attract players. Good history, London club, good fan base. We are behind on these points but I think we are doing as much as we can to address that disparity. It will take time to catch up and only if we don't try to run before we can walk.

Alpine is my hero. He chucks in a couple of thin posts to get the ball rolling and boom! I can see him sat there with his popcorn. If he believes half of what he writes himself then I am a Andy Murray fan.

Thank fook for that. My 'Columbian temptress' gags have been falling on deaf ears with my Stoke supporting mates. For a minute there i thought it was just me..... Possible i'm just cack at jokes though.

I think he's worth a punt. There's definitely something there and Liverhampton will buy him for 20M next year if he has 3 or 4 good games. It's a long old season and he's a decent player to have in the squad.

Transfer update on Clyne, Schneiderlin and transfer priorities
grezz replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Jan Molby, commentating on the England - Portugal U21 game on Danish TV, just said outright not 2 minutes ago that he has inside info that Clyne is going to Liverpool. Words to the effect of 'you can put your house on it'. -
He seems to be a rising star and at £5M I'd say we've probably had a right result there. Here's the obligatory pun: He's Juanmi over
