Have you seen him play much or are you going on his Euros? I have, probably over 50 times IRL. He's decent, had a good Euros but he wouldn't get in our current side (or shouldn't if we want to push on, I should say). He is, in my opinion, a poor man's Schneiderlin and he's never going to develop beyond what he is today so decent, yeah he'd do a job, but ideal is pushing it a bit. I think Diallo will prove that we don't need to be spending cash on players like Delaney.

Glad the early payout has kicked in so my bet is protected.
-
Yeah, I don't get how you can play that back and not give a pen. Massive let off.
-
He hasn't done any worse than anyone else but I just don't get why he's playing Cedric at LB when Bertrand is on the bench. It ruins our width because Cedric wants to come in all the time. No shape and no idea i'm afraid. They fully deserve to be ahead.

I love The Saints But my baby just loves Kevin Dansooooo

I want them. I don't give a **** if you're Hitler's love child.

Vegetable out on loan rumour......

I think it's more about keeping the wage bill down than outright transfer 'muscle'. We're paying for past mistakes and whilst i'd like to see massive signings, I think it's vital we live within our means on a day-to-day basis. Too many teams have been crippled by trying to buy success when they can't afford it.

He just pumps it into the box.

I'd have gone with the dramatic pause there. Like: No, he isn't. You need to work on your put-downs MLG

Scratch that, it's Tarik. They could be twins.....

He's on the pitch and he just missed the biggest sitter ever.....

Do yourself a favour and install Kodi with the Sportdevil plugin for next week

*too Sorry I have spelling OCD, especially when its me

Ings is a very good player, at least he was before the injuries. I haven’t seen to much of him since but if he is still the player I once saw then him and Gabbi could make for an excellent pairing.

442? Wash your mouth out young man, that is not The Southampton Way. Thou shalt isolate the striker and make him look sh1t - this is The Southampton Way
-
We got battered in the central midfield area and had no idea when we had the ball (which wasn't often). Feel for Gabby. The guy doesn't stand a chance

Redmond has dragged that one wide of the left post in 19

Forster is generally late to react to shots at his feet whereas someone like Jack Butland would have dealt with that shot much better than Forster did. I've probably been a bit slow to come to the conclusion that Forster is not the guy I want between our sticks, but he makes me ask "Could he have done better there?" way way too much. I've been wanting to give him the benefit of the doubt too much for it to mean he is a good keeper in my opinion. Saints have been blesses with some excellent keepers and he isn't one of them unfortunately. And Le Tiss in that game against Italy - I remember thinking he was our best player up to the point that he went off.
-
If he walks on the pitch in a Saints shirt and shows decent commitment then cheer him on. He ain't our wife and he hasn't banged the milkman. I don't care about him as much as he doesn't care about us, but he gets my vote if he does the business on the pitch right up until the point that he buggers off elsewhere. When that happens I'll have forgotten him and be cheering on his replacement.
-
Woah! I love Le Tiss as much as the next man but his toe wasn't that big. Beckham in his prime was an incredible player. His talent in a football pitch, and his winner mentality, is beyond question for me.

Maybe I shouldn't mention that Jan Molby is a closet Arsenal fan then, and always has been.

I hate the 'forcing a move' tactics players use these days (on request of their agents i'm sure) and I certainly wish our players would display the integrity of a Griezmann, but at the same time, if you show me a club that shows any kind of loyalty to a player when it doesn't suit them I'll show you that I don't really know how to finish this sentence. Loyalty is a two way street and I think both parties only drive one way when it suits them. So is there much point in criticizing the player when everyone knows the way the game is played?
