They've already done the right thing by in fact, nearly getting rid of all our top earners. BUT they have no balls to take risks or invest their own money. They've done a good job in terms of cost cutting. they've probably saved the club a lot of money. Most of the first teamers atm are hardly on much of a wage.

If Leon Crouch was prepared to risk his own money then I would agree. BUT with the current situation we are in at the moment, I very much doubt it. Hardly any manager could gain promotion with the younger/inexperience players in one season. It's like the saying, rome wasn't built in the day. It will take time and patients till the youth grow in maturity.
