I found out just after Christmas. I actually felt sad when I found out that my local KFC closed down. I thought Bitterne KFC was making loads of money, as it was always quite busy. Sad Month for the Bitterne residents

I never understood why it's such a big deal for a Season ticket not getting their seat in a low profile cup game. God knows why Fans are freaking out about such a low key issue, considering the amount of empty seats around the ground in which they get to pick from.

So far nothing officially planned, although their possible house parties mentioned. I refuse to go to town on New Years, **** that. Imagine how packed town will be, and the over priced alcohol at every club. I would need at least 70 quid to have a drunken night in town. It's so much cheaper and more fun to have an extremely drunken house party, compared to the likes of expensive town. regardless, I will regret waking up in 2010.. I can see myself puking everywhere haha

That article makes me laugh, considering the trouble starts on a friday or a saturday night when the southampton residents are out. Students hardly cause trouble apart from noise. I go out quite a lot in town on weekdays and have hardly seen much trouble in town.

Another pointless strike which has no benefit, apart from damaging Royal Mails repuation even more. I can understand Maggys point about fighting to get rid of Unions, as the system fails in some cases. I thought personally that they had good treatment, like the posties.. they can finish and go home before their shifts ends as they are on set hours. Plus the overtime is very nice . but ah well.. Another money loss for Royal Mail. I doubt they will get a deal with the top bosses.
