A system where a substitute is made when needed not just because there is 10 mins left? Or when the midfield is overrun by 4-2-2-2 by one of the best team in countries B team? A system where both fullbacks don’t bomb forward together leaving the middle two drawn out by gaps behind the FB’s. Bloody obvious from the stands.

Plus hope they are able to make a sub at right time, change the tactics and shape otherwise it’s the same naivety & tactical bollox we have had last 2 years.

What rubbish, what do people expect? How about not putting players straight in after nowhere to be seen on a pitch for weeks or months? How about not leaving on 3 defenders with 10-15 minutes to go replacing one forward player for another when losing? How about actually changing shape not just the players in a game? How about making changes when needed not just because it’s the 75th minute or whatever? How about not hanging players out to dry like Smallbone good to start not 1 minute since. Treatment of Armstrong? Why do fans accept mediocrity from a manager it’s lazy to just blame squad? How come it was good enough up until March? He is the manager that dictates all above.

How does that equate to lack of substitutions at right time? Poor tactics like 1 up front when 1-2 down and leaving on 3 centre halves? Putting players not played in weeks, leaving on players been absolutely rubbish for months. So we play Smallbone as a second striker against Watford gets dragged off at half time….good enough to start yet not played 1 minute since. Diallo not played for months gets put straight in, Stephens not played for months yet straight in…..can you see a pattern from Clueless Ralph? How does a player get match fit ? Get accustomed to pace of games? None of these players come on as subs yet start weeks later.

I would be ok for him to stay if a. He gets backed in summer and improves keeper, defence, creative players, forwards to replace Long and Broja b. We get better coaches and second in command c. He listens to them!
