At St Marys every week there are loads of qualified coaches from all levels all can see what is wrong. Unfortunately not many of us were good enough to be nutmegged in a World cup match ;-) but suggest that 1 win at home all season this is irrelevant anyway. Problem is we have been really bad lately and that has seen us fall into the bottom three with no signs of relief. Forest at home was abysmal and followed by us not turning up against Man U saw morale hit rock bottom. Saga and Saijs has lifted the gloom a bit - tonite like every time we win I am bubbling but tempered with the usual 'one swallow doesn't make a summer' but onwards and upwards hopefully with a good run of wins for a change.

So what is your priority then the team winning and celebrating 3 desperate points or having a pop at other fans that are not as happy clappy as you. This is a message board that allows us an outlet to vent our frustrations at the inadequacy of how we are run and have been. Just because some are happy to sit and accept all the crap and bull**** spun by Lowe and his band of cronies doesnt mean we dont care about the team and by the way my 2 ST's mean I do go and support the team.

What has happened to this club in the last 3 years is criminal and Lowe, Wilde and Crouch have a lot to answer for but tonite lets all celebrate 3 points as we havnt had the chance to do that much. How the hell can you preach(edit - post - preach may not be right here) Lowe and long term in the same sentence? What is long term under old rosey cheeks - 10 managers all leaving for their spiritual home in those 10 years was so unlucky I guess. Of course the fans want success on the pitch and bringing an untried Dutch coach into a team of untried youngsters knowing most of the experienced players were out of contract or forced out is bordering on insanity IMO. A good businessman does not alienate his customer base he did not have to come back and run it in person and there are many other people able to run a club like ours who could report to him if required although the Lowe apologists can never ever see this. Would you believe anything the club says right now after the Saga clearance fiasco?

How can you say its in the supporters or boards interest to leave someone in charge that is so far out of his depth it hurts? In a recent post of yours you even advocated bringing in Ian Dowie to help instead we are stuck with 3 Dutch management whose tactics and team selections border on farce at times. Hardly in the best interests of the fan or shareholder is it SB?

Good post Chez and what amazes me is the fact that people are surprised that proven experienced players that score goals like Rasiak and Stern John are paid a fair bit of money! We have gone down the cheap route this year and how many have we scored...that is why they are paid that much FFS! Euell was a Prem player and needed enticing to us hence the 200k that his agent wangled not Jasons fault at all and fair play to him - its just a shame some of his performances havn't lived up to that salary but towards the end of last season he was earning every penny of that in trying to keep us up.

Are you serious? Considering it was Crouch that sided with Wilde to oust Lowe in the first place? How many times has Lowe gone to Crouch in the period he has been here? I was fuming when Rasiak and Skacel were loaned out but under whose tenureship was that yet you still refuse to see that. The 3 of them are as bad as each other in my eyes and we will not proceed anywhere until they are gone...starting with the anti-Midas Lowe everything he touches turns to ****e.

Sambosa I know someone who played in that game and his dad was very impressed with Ben so did he sign for Saints? I watch quite a few Tyro games as my lad was playing in it this year and I never saw any Saints scouts but a few from Chelsea, Bournemouth and Portsmouth. I just hope we continue to invest in the academy as without it would of been sunk ages ago and now we wouldn't have a 1st team squad. Edit I saw your follow up post and saw he is now in the academy

In one! I believe Ipswich were involved but ended up with Wright. Now we have a goalkeeper that is one of the better paid players and out of contract soon I believe.

Some good points here and a few I agree with especially the way that Crouch etc acted at the AGM but loveable old rosey cheeks really got them going and knew which buttons to press. To treat the AGM as points scoring just shows how little regard he has for the club as surely the main factor is to get us back on track not his ego. Judas Coward Wilde is the main problem in this club he started a lot of this and really sold many of us down the river to the point we are now frightened of anything else taking over. As I said why did old rosey cheeks not get in someone to run it for him and that way we wouldnt have the torn club we have now. We could easily have recruited someone via an advert there are many big institutions that do this. I agree its a balancing act but to soley put your faith in an inexperienced manager in this country together with inexperienced players is not good business but pure insanity IMO. Pearson brought in Lucketti who was available on a free and ended up at Huddersfield there are many players out ther that could of done the job and not rely on the kids. One recent game saw 8 players that turned out for the reserves at Exeter and only won 3-2 yet we ex[pect them to compete in the CCC. Look at Wotton and the deal given to him....is that the deal of a good businessman? I am not advocating the return of Crouch as I want them all gone but there is middle ground here. How can anyone keep saying Lowe is a good businessman when there are many occurences to prove otherwise. Apologies for the grammar but its an emotional subject for me.

We are already falling behind in recruiting good players - I know of a few that have now chosen the other end of the M27 because they are really vamping up theirs. In fact one of their academy guys is managing a team in the Tyro I believe and getting players via there as well.

But this in a nutshell is exactly where Lowes problem is..he buys quantity rather than quality - this was exactly what he did after the cup final we had 42 players in the squad! The club shop hardly had enough space for for the printing. Instead of recruiting decent players (Malbranque)we went along the Jelle Van Damme, Jacobbsen, Nillson, Neil McCann route that saw us fail and in the ****e we are in now. You also left Forecast out of the list but there are reasons why he was signed - yep to take over from our regular player of the month. As a Lowe apologist can you tell me why he had to come back in person when he knew the unrest he would cause - is that good business sense to further alienate your customer base? Why did he not put in someone to oversee things and just report to him in the background and work with all the parties to get this club back on track? We all know the answer to that really and how anyone can continue to support him baffles me when everything he now touches turns to poop like a Midas in reverse.

How? when most of the first team is based on academy players? Where do we get the money to pay agent/loans fees even freebies come at a price.

Your boss comes to you and says your not wanted anymore go find another job - your too old and all we want is YTS and Graduates. You get offered another job on half the salary but thats not what you really want. Then it turns out all the YTS and graduates can't do your job as well as you . So they ask you to do the tasks again. You do a good job for months then the same happens - are you saying you would keep quiet?

It was not his fault he was hyped up to be the Messiah - yes at times he looks unfit but un-motivated then you havn't been anywhere St Marys in the last 17 games!
