  1. PS He liked Steve McLaren's Dutch interview so much he is getting a framed picture to put on the boardroom wall.
  2. Back on first week in Feb.
  3. But its Ok because JP, Wotte, Gorre and the new DOF are being paid less than Nigel and Hockaday would of cost.
  4. You think that keeping Pearson with existing backroom staff, appointing a neutral CEO reporting to him in the background and the board, ensuring we dont totally rely on the academy and ruining the good work by promoting them before they are ready would not of been met with approval?
  5. I would be surprised if your average football fan didnt know about the ridiculous wages they were paying Benito Carbone and one reason why they went tits up!
  6. As usual good post from you but this is what ****es most of us off...we were fed the line Pearson was too expensive - OK given he may of needed back room staff but we could of utilised existing Hockaday and Henderson more as at the moment it looks athough they are being wasted. Now we have Wotte, Gorre and an alleged DOF on the bill. We have seen 5 loan signings who are quite frankly abysmal standard. I have seen them all play several times and there were better options 2 that would not of cost the earth Lucketti(even at his age far better than Lancashire) and Andy Bishop from Bury who was one of the best strikers I saw last season. I cannot see how anyone can defend Lowe(not that you are) when I fail to see anything he has done since his return has worked.
  7. Really?? you missed all the Geoffrey Richmond stuff then ...surprising
  8. In the couple of reserve games I have seen - the other person that is as well is Jason Euell and he really helps out the kids. Both have done nothing but encourage, advise and support the kids in the games I have watched at Staplewood.
  9. Nope unlike you I don't begrudge anyone not willing to pay £24 if they cannot afford it. In life there are differeing priorities and paying a large sum of money a season on something that is a shocking product and value for money comes lower for some people. These people still follow Saints on the radio/TV/forums/newspapers but cannot afford to go to SMS...is that their fault? Had I not been a season ticket holder for a number of years I would probably of not bothered many times this season and just gone to watch the reserves for nothing - last week there were 8 out of the 11 starters who were first teamers this season. The product is not worth £24!
  10. I find it quite strange that people still think we all just blame Lowe when there are many threads blaming everyone but... Personally I blame everyone bar the fans....this season.
  11. One obvious one ....why not the Kingsland or Chapel there are many people that are as ****ed off with the situation that sit in those seats. There are many supporters in those areas that sing, chant and display their frustratins as much as anyone in the two areas you have mentioned. Are you not alienating those fans by excluding them? Or am I missing something here?
  12. Thats why I put KD apart!
  13. Why have you seen either of them play lately? Reserve game last week Forecast was very dodgey and Bart has been very shakey in the couple of games I have seen him play in the reserves. If you are saying Webster wasn't a good coach then I think Wright and KD improvement under him prove otherwise.
  14. Sorry you expect us to support him on here after watching 1 win in 14 and some of the most stupid tactics ever seen ? You think we should all just go happy clappy when we are 2nd bottom and getting taught lessons by Doncaster and Forest at home? I think I need to borrow Perrins gun and put you and him out misery!!
  15. TBF the main issue is size we have a very small squad in physique - I watched Millwall reserves at Staplewood and they are very big and physical. We do not have a big centre forward left at the club - Lancashire doesnt cope with great big lumps up front. We do not have the personnel to play the 4-5-1 or so called 4-3-3 system but the Dutch dream team still haven't realised it yet. We do have some good youngsters but their being thrown to the lions in the first team before they are ready has destroyed a lot of their belief. Since Webster left its been very noticeable how poor our goalkeepers have become. KD apart Bart and Forecast have been shocking and I see Bart threw one in the net today.
  16. So he hasn't known they are in a fight before ...thank heavens old rosey cheeks has shown him the light! I didn't expect anything less as old rosey cheeks wasn't going to admit his anti-Midas record was going to change.
  17. Couple of things as mentioned above - Dodd and Gorman how many times do the management need to learn that taking the cheap option does not work here! Plus I think he could of checked out Judas Coward Wilde a bit better before siding with him - had Leon decided to stick with old rosey cheeks just maybe things might have turned out better - although we will never no and given the fact that everything Lowe touches turns to ****e I doubt it.
  18. Those are the excuses used by the Lowe apologists - you can see similar ones on here this week blaming the crowd for not hitting a cows arse with a banjo, not being able to tackle for toffee or for playing the same bizarre tactic for 90 minutes when it clearly isnt working. Its anything possible to hide the real reasons for the mad mans decisions.

  20. An alternative?? Here is a shock suggestion...advertise and interview! How do we pay for it? get rid of Wotte and Gorre and put Henderson and Hockaday as backup and support. We are getting 14-15k gates in with this clown ...so with a decent recruited manager not a cheap option like Gray Dodd/Gorman more revenue will come. Win games and the crowd will come no other way. Funny on here that Big Sam, Davies, Warnock and Coleman are slagged yet all have immediate results and impact on clubs in trouble.
  21. I have read a couple of posts today that people believe there is a bad atmosphere in the ground. I have missed one league home game this year due to illness and have not witnessed this at all until we are well beaten or showing as though we have given up like Forest. Before the game and when it the game is under way I have not heard any dissent at all - there have been 3 games where I have heard the Lowe out chants - the first game it got shouted down then Forest and Saturday it all boiled over. Reading, Sheff Wednesday were very good and full support IMO. I sit in Kingsland North block 34 and its good around there if its bad perhaps we need to highlight the areas and help people to enjoy their matchday experience more? Or are some fans using this as an excuse to direct the attention away from the real problems...shocking manager, poor tactics, no gameplan, lack of scoring, lacking in quality in the squad, cheap options?
  22. Well Lowe is responsible for the inept management we have this year, but Wilde is the alleged football board chairman so his sanctioning of players who have been **** poor also have some bearing here...that is if you believe that Wilde is in governance of that role and not just Lowes puppet. Like most fans I beleieve there is little we can do to change without money so are left with just voicing our opinions on here and at the ground.
  23. That was what annoyed me most on Saturday that there was not one Wilde Out chant and all aimed at one man....the main Judas Coward gets off scot free evertime. Wilde is as responsible for this mess as Lowe is - he appointed Hone/Dulieu/Hoos and told a pack of lies with his manifesto.....boy did I swallow that hook line and sinker!
  24. Well there is a contradiction if ever there was! OK I missed out an IMO - he expressed his opinion I have mine and now you have yours! I don't know where you sit at the matches so suggest you move as around my ST (block 34) it has been fine up to this week - OK when we lose its pretty crap but at the start of games there is nothing but pro Saints chants - a lot of Anti Skates but thats it. This is not the fans fault - the atmoshere is not to blame - its shocking tactics, poor players, lack of technic, game plan and a manager way out of his depth. I never heard anything at home to Reading but pure support, same against Wednesday - Forest was shocking after the second goal but not before. Change your seat Adrian you are obviously sat amongst the wrong crowd.
