.....of course no-one on here has ever left a job for more money ;-) Loyalty is for fans not for players.

Wel I was basing this on the article that said he was spending too much time on the phone and talking to agents and not enough time on the training ground.
-
Its not the playing staff I am a bit concerned about but his backup team. I thought when AP was appointed he would of got his right hand man sorted very quickly as he cant do everything on his own.
-
So you are a very sad deluded person or else how would you know? Surely you are not a sheep just following the bigotted view? Personally I do not think they should rejoin the club and continue on their own.

Well as the friendly was announced way after we got to he final many of us had already arranged our tickets etc. so were not going to waste the chance of watching our cricket team to watch a meaningless friendly.
-
Just got back from a fantastic day at Lords, we outplayed them in every department. Was brilliant keeping in touch with SMS and hearing us going 1 up 2 up and win 3-0, Loads of Saints and Skates intermingled....shame about the Sussex(Brighton fans) numpties throwing bottles and glasses on the way back to the tube...poor losers.

Just came on tweeter that its the usual press conf for the Hearts game will be on the OS later.

It seems to be the new fashion - freebees
Give it to Ron replied to Thedelldays's topic in The Saints
Fans views have changed because we find ourselves in Div3 for the first time in many of their lifetime. Many are now supporting the new infrastructure because they are fed up with what has gone on before and there is no baggage. Many are just grateful we now have a club to support and accepting that AP is doing whats right for the club whether that the freebie market or not. There is a massive difference between what happened last year and the players we had at our disposal - what many people slaughtered including me was the fact we bought in 7 loanees who were absolute ****e! Where does it say anywhere we wont spend on quality...look at the link and quotes. -

What actually makes me laugh is that they actually believe there are such things as freebies! Agents fees, signing on fees, players incentives......comical really. -

Yeah Man Utd paid a fortune for Owen..... The previous regimes did so well didnt they with their policies! Thats why we are in a division where you have to try and obtain freebies, loans because footballers egoes are as big as houses and dont want to play 3rd div football. Why do people avoid whats actually written to suit their agenda? http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~1730507,00.html "The bosman area is still one to look at and I don't want to miss any gems that might still be available," he said. "There are players at other clubs under contract that I'd be interested in, but we're primarily looking at players that won't command a transfer fee at the moment -
Desperate call for players in Leeds this weekend

Exactly because most would show you and DD up. I have 15 year old girls that play in the team I manage that would leave you standing. -
Remember the one to Bristol Rovers in '79? The infamous pitch invasion. Frog marched to and from the station in the pouring rain...held back for ages. Ah the good old days.
-
So we dont need to replace Saejis, McGoldrick and Surman......well we all remember your post about Wotte keeping us up so you have no reason to diss him have you?
-
I was a member there for a couple of years...I wouldn't as there are far better courses around. Rock hard greens just cut out of the fairways - the C course is abysmal. My recommendations would be Dudsbury, Barton, Crane Valley, East Horton, Botley or if your really up for a challenge Hamptworth. Dibden is decent but 5 hour rounds are the norm. If you play at Wellow watch that Derry...he is pretty good round there.
-
My thoughts.....we need pace...we have enough slow doddering one paced players and need width, pace and power not players whose legs have gone. Would Hamann even be interested in playing in Div 3....doubt it very much.
-
Nothing to do with it IMO more the fact that a large number of Saints fans will be watching Hampshire v Sussex at Lords. How many played the other night that will start on Saturday?
-
I can see one or both going back to Poland
-
We could of done with some of that last season....Ryan Smith for example! How ridiculous a statement was that.
-
I think he will replace either Rasiak and Saga who I think will leave. I am still hoping for another forward with pace and power plus 2 quick and skillful wingers who can deliver a cross for Stern. Our crossing is pathetic.

Looks like you have been recognised....http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~1730507,00.html I love this comment "I think he could be an important player for us and he's a player that the fans understand. He's not necessarily hyper energetic but he does what he does well, he gets goals, his records show that and I want to secure him."

Moved on to the upstairs of the King Alfred.......they used to have topless barmaids in the old Premiership days.....now replaced by bigger saggy old tits ;-)
-
Lonely Housewife GSOH own teeth would love to meet Matelot.....especially into submariners.
-
Well looking on the bright side - Hendersons team lost 3-0, Pardew came to the pitchside and we won 4-2!!!

Had several long weekends playing in Ireland...some fantastic courses and very reasonable. I was playing one in Lurgan during a lull in the troubles years ago, just about to play a shot when a helicopter appeared over the trees with a couple of soldiers with armalite rifles looking down - does wonders for your concentration. A fantastic place to play golf, great people, great courses and the black stuff is brilliant in its own country - different taste in the North to South.
-
Oh Ok I will boo him then....you obviously know better than Pardew.
