Based on the 2 games I have seen him this season not getting Nathan Wood (strongly rumoured) was just as well. Ok in the air but was shocking on the floor today panicked loads. Grimes was ok when had space to pick a pass but not good enough for us.

I thought Baz should have done better on goal but not seen replay seemed an odd jump. we dropped tempo got sloppy and let them in and got away with it. Stu touch was awful today, Smally good after poor first ten. AdamA good as always but my MOTM was Manning he at times has been liability but today was his best game won some good headers and used it well. He had very little cover at times but coped. Hard on Flyn who was tremendous Fraser put in some good crosses will feel he should have scored that half volley. We were that far ahead we just tried to see it out hang on bloody cold walking away from ground but 3 points move on.

It’s difficult isn’t it 6m on the face of it player with Prem experience and scored goals is cheap but only 6 months left on contract. When in transfer window form he is worth more to us as an option for promotion chasing squad player and who will we get as replacement in January? I guess Wilcox and Martin will assess where he is mentally and let go if not right for us but will need replacing and not left to last day panic

Not arguing about who I would prefer but Bree is injured and it’s allowed KWP to play in what his best position is for us and be more creative. He does tuck in too far but it’s not cost us and as say last few games not done anything wrong. There is a stat above that says he is creative for us and as I say for a free transfer it’s a win so far. Although he is due a mistake like Baz. We need a number of replacements if promoted not just him.
