Thinking positively - if it wasn't happening Saints would know by now, therefore so would the ITK's, therefore so would we.

Fantastic stuff - many thanks for that.....

Looks like it's time for the "relegation price 2019" thread.

It seems as if this thread could soon be done for the year (and hopefully many years to come!). If, as seems likely now, we stay up fairly comfortably, is it too much to hope for that the "we are 100% down" brigade pause to think for a moment next time we are in a sticky situation? Probably. -
I watched the first leg - 2-2 at Elland Rd including a belter from Steve Williams - on Sportsnight as a nipper, but have never seen it since. Any time I search Youtube or the like it is never there, which, for a big game that was on tv (highlights at least) seems surprising. Anyone know where to find it?

After Burnley's defeat we are now 15/1 to go down on Betfair currently. I'm pretty confident - but that definitely seems on the big side, and would have been unimagineable at about 4.20 yesterday! -

Well what a difference a couple of goals makes.....we are all the way out to 12/1 to go down this morning. One point worth making I think is that given the mood on here had the 2nd half mirrored the first (see the match thread for details!) and the other results yesterday, the feeling on here would have been dark and completely resigned to relegation (not EVERYONE of course) and yet we would still have been around 9/2 to go down. -

Despite losing yesterday, the manner of that defeat combined with the Cardiff result sees us out to 10/1 this morning. -

Not quite double figures but we are all the way out to 9/1 to go down. I think that's a little on the high side, the large number on here who think it is a toss of the coin job even after last night's win presumably find it completely mindblowing...... -

And all the way back out to 6/1 following tonight's favourable results. If (yeah, I know) we can take advantage of this latest opportunity tomorrow, I think we'll be out to double figures... -

Prices still settling down post Arsenal but we are around 4/1 to go down. Very much a weekend of two halves - Friday night was great, but since then, not so much......One point to raise ahead of Wednesday, if we fail to win I reckon we will still be comfortably odds against to go down whereas I suspect the mood on here will be that we are finished, washed up, all hope extinguished, downright gone. Fingers crossed we won't find out. -

Out to 6/1 on the back of last night's pleasing results. -

Into 5/1 this morning following the Burnley result. -

For the opening gambit it may surprise the "that's it, Championship here we come" brigade to know we are around 11/2 to go down on Betfair as I type. -
Burnley at bigger than 2/1 on Betfair seems awfully big judged by the mood on here....
-
Some spectacular point missing going on here chaps.
-
It's not so much our price I see as being wrong, more the disparity with Burnley's price. I guess therefore I'm saying Burnley should surely be a lot bigger than they are, rather than us shorter if you get my drift.
-
We are currently a point behind Burnley, albeit with a game in hand. Burnley are 3.5 (5/2 in old money) to be relegated on the Betfair market, whilst we are 13.5! Now I'm as firmly on King Ralph's train as anybody, but that's just crazy isn't it?
-
So is it "done" Guan?
-
Whilst those two have always been spot on previously the fact there is £100 freely available to back him at 10/1 on Betfair suggests this may be the exception to the rule....
-
Somebody wanting on at 1.16 on Betfair would also suggest it's done....
-
Still around 1.5 on Betfair....
-
Somebody keeps putting up requests to back him at odds on on Betfair so someone at least THINKS they know it's him....
