Just got back and thawing out. First half we bypassed our midfield completely. just hoofed it up for Lee & De Ridder to chase.When Millwall had it they just played through us leaving AL. DH and RC (excused) chasing shadows. NA changed the shape and we had a lot more possession without creating much, yet again crossing from full backs very poor. At 2-1 thought we could shut up shop but brought on Barnard and looked like we went 4-2-4 ! Unfortunately Martin very poor on two of the goals although none of the back four came away with much credit. My MOTM was Bart which says it all.

Well the people on here have voted him MOTM in the two games he's played.

His corners go from one touchline to the other, be nice if he could drop one in the area once in a while

Whilst I was as disappointed as everyone else at SMS last night I do think some realism is called for, we have performed beyond expectations given our squad as opposed to Leicester who have obviously underperformed so far, they are the first team I have seen this season where I’ve thought I wish we had a number of their players. Compare the starting 11 who would you rather have, mine are starred: Davis V Schmeichel * Harding v Konchesky * Hooiveld * v St Ledger Fox * v Peltier Martin v Mills * Hammond v Wellens * Cork v Dyer ( fairly equal ) Scheiderlin v Danns ( fairly equal ) Falque v Gallagher (unfair to make a judgement on one appearance) Guly * v Beckford Connoly v Nugent * Men against boys last night but bear in mind Mills & Nugent probably cost similar to our starting 11. Obviously I appreciate our spine and the first four names on our team sheet were unavailable, just comparing like for like last night which shows us how little depth we have available.

Nice to get a new conspiracy on a thread about a new player! Of course relegation had nothing to do with Lowe/Wigley/the short sighted fans who kicked off about a return for Hoddle and the 30+ professionals out on the pitch. Oh and we didn't have MLT to get us out of the sh*te as usual. I'm no more of a fan of saggy chops than anyone else on here but some balance wouldn't go amiss.

Looks like he could be a great addition and with Lee joining and when we have Sir Rickie, Chappers and Fonte back suddenly we will have a few options again, the bench has looked a bit weak recently
