A great performance yesterday, everyone buzzing and hoping we are back on track and we end up with the post match thread descending into the pantomime that is: Guly is cr*p, oh no he isn’t, oh yes he is etc etc When we have had poor performances lately the threads have been high jacked by the usual doom merchants who’s glasses are always half empty, notice their absence from the thread yesterday. Is it too much to hope for some sanity and realism

You must have been watching a different game than me if you think that Lallana is anywhere near his best, or that Martin did well and Fonte and Harding have no reason to reproach themselves for their performances.
