  1. Malky McKay, AVB, Di Matteo, Kevin Keegan, Nigel Adkins, Rafa Benitez, David Moyes I'd be happy with one of them. Steve McClaren, Gordon Strachen, Mick McCarthey, that Oscar guy who left Brighton - I'd put them all on the "Wouldn't mind but could do slightly better" list Dario Gradi, Iain Dowie, Alan Curbishley, Tim Shearwood, Billy Davies, Paul Jewell are all on the "absolutely no chuffin way" list
  2. I don't mean to sound cynical or negative but could it be that they all came from the same bulll**** source like a great big game of turdy chinese whispers?
  3. Seager is awesome on FM
  4. Thought we could have a positive, non transfery thread so here goes.... Does anyone watch the Development teams regularly? Who do you think will be the next lads to break into the first team? What about the guys in the fringes of the first team such as Taggart and Reed. Are they ready yet? Josh Sims is the only one I've seen quite a bit of and he looks outstanding. Pace, touch and can pick a pass and trick his defenders. Thoughts on some of the other lads?
  5. Call me naive but if Spurs were that interested in landing him, wouldn't they have made an official approach by now? I wish this whole situation would just be sorted soon, whatever the outcome.
  6. Very surprised. Maybe MP is planning to bring in Continental youth coaches? Which would obviously be a sign he's staying. Still though I hate the Summer
  7. Very retro!
  8. Sorry, wrong thread, meant to put that on the Lallana one
  9. Back page of one of tomorrow's papers saying Liverpool will sign Lallana and Lovren for 40 million
  10. He really is an awesome talent. Seen him a few times, the only thing he needs to improve is knowing when to cross, when to shoot and when to hold up play. Hopefully that'll come with experience
  11. One and a half Andy Carrolls
  12. Confirmed he's leaving on his Instagram apparently
  13. Shame he didn't get a run out today. I think if we were 3-0 up or 3-0 down he would have done but I guess there's no room for sentiment when a result against Man United is in the balance
  14. He's been the butt of a lot of jokes since he's been here but in all seriousness I think he's been a great signing. Works hard, honest lad and helped to take us where we are now. His double against Palace on boxing day will always live long in my memory, also his goal against Yeovil away which I think was his first ever goal for us. Been unlucky not to score on a couple of occasions in the PL too. Sadly we have outgrown him now and since he'll almost certainly be leaving us in the summer, thought I'd start an appreciation thread for his contributions in the last 4 years. Cheers Guly!
  15. Anyone got a decent stream? Using this at the moment but the quality's watchable but terrible http://premier-league-live.net/live/manchester-united-live-stream/channel-1/
  16. I meant good. We can't keep living on the fact we've had a great 5 years. All I'm saying is it was a disappointment we put out a weak team and missed the chance of progression.
  17. Shall we all hold hands and stand under a rainbow? There HAVE been bad points. It hasn't been 100% bad. He asked what we thought the lowest point was. There are gonna be high points and low points. Said low points might be seen as "low points" in terms of the relatively of the whole 5 year plan but taking everything into account we missed an opportunity.
  18. The 2-2 was a bit of a kick in the teeth but there have been lower. We still went up, they still went down. We still had bragging rights. I'd look at the FA Cup game with Sunderland as a low point. What a wasted oppertunity
  19. If his wages wern't too stupid and he was willing to come here, we'd be silly not to
  20. Osvaldo for me. I'd be tempted to put Lallana's up there on account of "Adz" not being a total **** but going purely on goal quality, then Osvaldo it is.

    Dani Osvaldo

He can be a good player when he puts a bit of effort in and if he sorted his head out and Fonte agreed to forgive and forget, I'd give him one last chance. If I was the manager I'd get them all together and say it's down to them whether he comes back or not. And yes, I know he's under contract so really we HAVE to take him back but someone will have him on teh cheap or on loan if not. But maybe that's why I'm not manager
  22. http://premier-league-live.net/live/everton-live-stream/channel-1/ Nice and reliable but it's dreadful picture quality. If anyoen finds a better one, let me know

    Jack Cork

Ah okay, brilliant. In that case this thread is now a Jack Cork Appreciation thread!

    Jack Cork

He's out of contract at the end of the season, isn't he? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SIGN THIS GUY UP!!!!!! We're all worrying about Shaw, J-Rod and Lallana going in the summer, at least if they go, we'll get a transfer fee! Cork could walk for nothing. A proper unsung hero, he's been rock solid all season and since he came here. Really hope he signs a new contract!
  25. I think he WAS poor since November till about a month or so ago and then he seemed to find form again
