I'm not TOO disappointed assuming Gardos comes good but that may mean we're only gonna play 2 CBs, Fonte and Gardos which pleases me given how it worked for United yesterday. I would though like a CB that can play at RB, just as cover for both positions. Maybe the RB from Leeds if that fails. Other than that I can't really think where we desperately need someone. Though obviously a replacement for Boruc/Morgan if they go
Just been getting my ticket for tomorrow and saw him coming out of St Mary's, waved to him and he waved back with a huge smile on his face. Was with an older looking man with a suit on etc so wondered if it was his brief. I had a feeling I'd come home to the news that he'd either signed a new contract or he'd left!
I'm guessing we've either retired the number 7 shirt (which would be ridiculous as much as I like Rickie, we didn't do it for MLT so why would we do it for him?) or, the more likely, we've got a new signing lined up to be number 7
I hate the fact he constantly calls us "Saints". It's like he's trying to suck up to us and pretending to be "one of us". His accent his adds to the cheese. That's my only gripe with him though. Unlike a lot on here I quite like him. If he keeps us a stable PL club, I'll be very happy.
Manager's on twitter, buying players on Sunday, hashtag in our stadium seating. We are so modern!
But seriously, good news if true. Though at the risk of sounding greedy I was actually hoping for two or three this weekend.
What a ****ing cvnt. How dare that pr1ck say such outrages things....I hate that d1ckhead
(Sounds like he had a point with most of it and all seemed quite a reasonable opinion but I do enjoy slagging him off)
This. I'm not one for bowing to the demands of other clubs but the reason's getting closer, we need a keeper, he's England's 2nd choice, it's not much more (in relative context), just give them the extra 1.5 million ffs
Yeah J-Rod was our first signing that summer. So Clyne would have joined after him, for sure. Trying to think if we signed any other English players that summer. Cork joined the summer before, didn't he?
Couldn't see it posted already....What do we think?
Good idea IMO, if it wern't for him we'd have gone under. He may have only been with us a year but he's a Saints legend IMO

I, of course was saying Le God's. She was saying I was biased towards it because it was him who scored it and it was for Saints. I just think MLT's goal had a lot more to it than Gazza's. I'd say that no matter who I supported
