Agreed. Also ironic that it appears to be Puel's work with JWP that has got the best out of him and therefore the booing could be seen to be, at least in part, a testament to Puel's coaching ability

I'm genuinely starting to believe the Puel Out brigade has been founded on a subconscious dislike for Puel's hairstyle, which I'll admit is awful.

Some people just love to moan... Why not dress it up that they've done more for Saints fans than any previous sponsor? Or that they've done more for Saints fans than fans of any other club taken individually (ie they subsidise one match per season for 3k fans of each other club - the match at SMS - but have offered us discounts for various matches, and sometimes for 30k of us) The away fan thing is sensible marketing from Virgin imo as, broadly speaking, it means that their message hits all around the country (or at least every a small cross section of every city that has a club play as SMS)

NC is still involved with managing the family's wealth so can't have been too much of a fall out between him and KL!

In my opinion FF at his peak for us was never as good as people made him out to be and I think associated inflated expectations (combined possibly with a hangover from his injury) have hampered him this season Let's give the new guy a try as a break could do FF some good

I actually prefer it like it is at SMS Better to surround the away fans with our most vocal fans, rather than least vocal I've been to away grounds where they have a home 'kop' at the other end of the stadium and it's more often than not too far away to hear/get any sort of atmosphere going with them (Hapoel Beer Sheva being the exception to this rule)
