Davis should be central AM, Tadic and Mane cant play that role else they are always miles out of position. We need to go a 4-3-3 if RK wants to play Mane, Pelle and Long, but he's trying to shoe horn strikers into wide midfielders

If Davis could add goals to his locker he'd be a top drawer PL midfielder - not like he doesn't have chances to either. You look at how many shots he has from outside the box and conversion rate compared to say a Lampard or Gerrard At least he's always involved in the game though with his energy, if only we could get some of that enery/tenacity into JWP

Personal view but he's a LOT better than VVD based on what i've seen of both - he'll be in the French national side soon - be a brilliant signing if we could get him

He looks a good prospect but facing Costa, Ageuro, Kane etc is a bit different than the Dundee and Aberdeen strikers who wouldn't get into a first division club - saying that I do like the look of him but don't go making out he's gravy - would be a learning curve for him down here and we'd have to give him time - took Big Vic a while to settle and adapt

Think it's pretty clear he wants to come here and confident this one gets done - him and VW will be the CMs next season and if expect Reed to get more game time. JWP is powder puff which is a shame as he no doubt has the passing and vision to play CM but he's not physical or dominant enough

Nice to see that this time, whoever we are looking at, their agents and clubs we are dealing with haven't spouted off to the press - be good to get some deals over the line but it always takes time. Have patience grasshoppers! FWIW I would be happy with any of VVD, Clasie, Moreno, Imbula , Austin or the guy from Seville and am hoping we could get two of these if we are lucky
