Did I hear that MM is releasing something like £20 mil to NP? Can't beleive it myself in the current climate but if true???

100% agree with all you have to say. There are only a few posters I actually take any notice of and thats because of there history on here and past SFC sites. I do freely admit that some of the others make things more interesting but then it leads to things being posted that probably (publicly available or not - not a dig GM ) should not.

The problem on here is that everyone seems to want to be the first to bring the news! Sometimes its better to just sit on the info you may or may not have until you can at least get it corroborated.

GM - make the bet more reasonable and Alps might take you up on it (provided you take Euro's ;-) ).

If they have a 5 year plan based on X I would imagine the funding options change if you end up with Y. A prudent approach or a worrying one? Until we know who they actually are and can understand their potential input (£) we won't know.

I think getting shots on target and finishing the majority of them is a very sought after skill? Which IMO is very important.

Interesting - Sounds plausible, on taking legal advice. I like the sound of these guys. As to the Canadian bid that could be interesting, is it because they haven't got too much dosh or is it that they want to invest more in the team but want a guarantee of a ground?

No man is above criticism - all I'll say is that his heart is in the right place. Personally I think £20 is probably on the high side, £10 would have got far more in.
