Thats how I see it TBH - I cannot make an informed judgement without any information. There is a little on Pinnacle but absolutley bugger all on the Swiss (unless I've missed something that is).

I think we all have concerns especially after the last few days but what is spin and what isn't eh? Over the last 24 hours or so there have been several climb downs in opinion and that is not just from MLT/Pinnacle. For me if the deal isn't now completed by COB Tues then Pinnacle can go and take a flying one.

Problem is ART we have a divided fan base. Which as time goes by becomes more and more apparent. I'll bloody drop them an email if someone can give me a good addy to write to. Its only fair that they make there stand point known and what the hold up is from their standpoint.

Totally agree - I cannot understand why they haven't TBH.

The only thing thats keeping me going is that the FL have not come out and stated that they are not talking with Pinnacle (unless I've missed something while I've been away). Due diligence has been done, fit & proper has been done. Its just the legal wrangling over the -10 points?

Question to you FF - why do you need to know so badly? He/she may want to stay out of the limelight for as long as possible. Which is quite understandable and in my mind bodes well for the future.

Then if that is the case let the courts decide - the FL from my understanding do not want to even give us our day in court eg signing away any right to appeal.

What so you can do your own version of "Due Diligence" before he/she is in control of SFC? The situation isn't about who is going to buy us - thats been sorted with everything seemingly satisfactory. I fail to see how knowing the name of the money man/woman will change anything? Lets just say its Bill Gates - just because he has got an obscene amount of money doesn't mean we'll get a licence from the FL.

On moral grounds there could be a case but this all about rules & laws none of which are based on morals. Give us our day in court and let them decide - thats what they are there for afterall. Problem is the FL don't even want us to have our day in court.

Thats my bet - conversations have taken place in private between the FL & Pinnacle - those conversations are being spoken about at the emergency FL meeting on Monday. Both sides will want to come out with a win win - compromise will be king. Well thats my take on it.
