I'd go for less time - just depends on whether the man they want is employed or not at the mo'.

I work for a Swiss Company that employs plenty of Germans and believe me they do not shirk any decisions. Liebherr had made his mind up within hours of seeing the club thats hours not days or weeks. Do you really think he will act any other way when trying to put together a winning team/club? We may not be used to this but he certainly is.

Imagine he who shall not be named paying for anything - once a freeloader always a freeloader!

I like the sound of this guy more and more. Mind you I'd question his decision if Tony Adams was allowed anywhere near this club.

A bit of a surprise but TBH these guys will not mess about. Yes MW was a decent guy but he would never of been able to deliver and business (Football or otherwise) is all about delivering. Good luck to Mark but he probably knew that he wasn't ever going to be the right man to take this club forward. The acid test now for the new regime will be who they appoint - get it right and we could well be on our way on the long climb - get it wrong and we will need to put a year on any target that has been spoken about.

Loyalty is a moral thing - some have it some do not - glad Kelvin falls into the have it catagory unlike a lot of Pro's nowadays.

Nail on head. Seems as our saviour is putting together a business structure. Also don't think that these guys will get away with poor performance - no business I know will put up with poor performance at that level, COO's are responsible for the operation delivering.
