No as we lead with our hearts and not our heads. That being said whoever comes in as manager needs the majority of fans on side or they will have an even bigger uphill battle than they currently have.

There were rumors about NP coming back about a month ago while the Pinnacle fiasco was on going. Now in my mind NP does have unfinished work here.

As I've said elsewhere - he would appear to tick most if not all of the boxes.

With ML's stated aims and the criteria that has been set (apart from the house hold name) I'd think Curbishley would tick most of the boxes.

Thats what I'd do given the stated plans from ML. A nice promise from a man that can back it up. I'd also add - when you get us to the CCC you will have funds that are commensurate with the CCC and so on......

I just think that due to the recent past we have become a tad emotional - were basing our judgement of what could happen if the old regime were still in charge - thing is they are not ML is, a man that has made billions by making sure he does his homework (or get someone very smart to do it for him - even smarter). If Tony Adams was given more than a cursory look then i'd be amazed. ML hasn't put a foot wrong since he's taken over - that is not luck. A decision of this magnitude at this time will be based on more than "he captained England".

People can we just not go here eh? Religion is best left spoken about in pulpits or in a religious debate not on a forum dedicated to Southampton Football Club and football (a different type of religion ;-))
