..... Director of Football. NC made comment quite a while ago that they would have a Director for footballing and prob this summer - just wondered what happened or if anyone has heard anything.

I'll be buying a season ticket for as long as I can afford it - after that it will be on a game by game basis. Saturdays to me are not just about the match - its far more than that.

Pleased with that - will be a lot happier when we get a right back and a ball playing MF'er.

So why don't all this disillusioned staff at SMS say anything? They could always walk out and claim constructive dismissal? I have seen no direct quotes from anyone in regard of NC's despotism TBH.

Stu you are right but I'm sure AP will not be thinking that - he knows that complacency is one of our biggest threats given the "favourites" tag.

Mike - totally understand, probably something to do with the amount of time we have been watching Saints but just for once lets put that side of Saints to bed. We (will) have the players, we have got the back-room staff and we have a Chairman/Owner that have a plan to see us promoted (now that sounds good for a change!) and have the money to back up those aspirations. When was the last time we had any investment into the infrastructure of the club? So me cautiously excited. Must say its good to come on here and see something positive tho.

70's & 80's there was little "communication" from the club. Seem's since we have moved into the internet times that the club are required to constantly keep us updated. Some on here need to get out more - its Summer for christ sake.
