If the magistrates feel they are unable to try the case (as they cannot impose a strong enough sentence) or LB is going not guilty then this is normal procedure. It doesn't necessarily mean that its more serious - LB may want his day in court as its better to be tried by proffessionals than your average magistrate.

What I get ****ed off with is the attitude of some so called fans that right us off with no, absolutely no experience of actually watching Saints. Yes we could have done better in the first half (god knows I was feeling **** at half time) but half time results do not matter its the second half/full time that matters!

Oxo can be better than Walcott only time and good fortune will tell. Walcott has the pace but Oxo has a very good footballing brain for one so young which means he doesn't just rely on pace.
