We can sign out of contract players but not loans. Not sure to many out of contract players fit the bill at Saints so for me we go with what we have until Jan.

Not there or not right. I don't disagree with you re dropping the ball (a bit) - I'd have loved to see a n other CB or LB or GK but the deal has got to be right in more ways than just there. It wouldn't surprise me if we were offered all of those but decided not to follow it up for whatever reason. Anyway enough of this - I'm looking forward to seeing Ramirez play and the Zambian bloke who's name evades me.
