I'm on Virgin now so my memory of Sky is 6-9 months old but there used to be a Sky + app, (different to Sky Go app) where you can set up remote recordings etc.. If memory serves me right this also has a remote control feature...

Gave up using magic eyes ages ago with similar problems just before rewiring house out of frustration. Now I use my iPhone to do the same job via apps, assuming your sky box is connected to your router/hub and you've a smart phone on the same hubs wifi then this has definitely been the way to go. Only ever done this with an iPhone but assume apps available on other smart phones to do the job, it's worked for me on both Sky and Virgin media and takes away the need for the magic eye which was always temperamental for me at best... Well worth investigating..

FA Cup, no contest. Finishing 4th maybe a lot tougher ask in reality but it aint actually winning anything. Can't see those extra millions helping me out much either, a trophy in the bank would mean so much more as a fan than a healthy balance....

How do you know this? As a BT employee I've got free infinity and vision but their tele offers weren't upto Virgin so I've got Tivo for that. They are offering us the chance to get BT Sport added to Sky boxes but no mention of Virgin yet. It would save me having to get the BT Vision box out of the loft..

Be happy with this, got a mate who follows them so always look out for their results. He's already converted another mate who's become disillusioned with Chelsea and the Premier League. Maybe I'll be next on his radar....

OK, getting a little closer now, seems only a few of the channels are available to stream on the iOS app, none of the sky sports ones at the moment..

Does this mean with the iOS app I should be able to watch my Virgin TV on my mobile device ala SkyGo, that's what the description suggests... I've downloaded to both my iPhone and iPad, registered both devices but can find no way of getting anything to stream. My phone and IPad now seem to have transformed into remote controls that actually drive the TiVo box better than the remote you get with it but cannot find anyway of displaying the TV on the device. Operator error on my part or false advertising on the apps part? Any help gratefully received, till then I'll have to keep using my old mans Sky log in

Try iOS app FotMob, somebody recommended it on here for radio commentary a few weeks back.. Downloaded at the time but haven't used until now, seems to be working though...

Can't remember the badge on the candy stripes, sure it had one on there once though. Marks on the shirt suggest that it was sewn on so recon my mum probably unstiched it and sewed it on something else when I outgrew it.. Trying to find photographic evidence to prove said point though failing at the moment...
