For those predicting that we will "get hammered": is it not the case that Saints often play much better against "top 6 clubs" (and worse against mediocre teams that they ought to beat rather easily)?
It is a recognizable element of sports psychology that teams (and individuals) will adjust their performance to match the quality of play of their opponent. If you want to get better at tennis, for example, you play someone who is better than you, not worse.
It seems we're always "up" for a game against Liverpool. And I expect the same this time.
Disagree completely with your attitude. I hold to the values of sportsmanship—being fair, honourable, and humble. I prefer the Rickie Lamberts of football, instead of the Diego Costas. Winning at all costs is antithetical to the spirit of sport.
Depends whether you're referring to the taking of corners, or the attempt to put the crossed ball into the net.
I think Ward-Prowse's corner kicks are excellent.
I think our badge is tremendous. I'd hate to see it changed. Professor said the ball and scarf part is amateurish. I disagree; I think it's brilliant: footballing saints who play in red and white.
Asda has had to bin 10,000 "bags for life" before they got a single use. They were printed with the label "Isle of White". Ha! A comment on the island's demographic?

Wouldn't the odds be higher that a penalty shot down the middle (if it's hit low) will hit the keeper's feet or legs and rebound? If struck to the right or left corner and then hitting the keeper's hands, it's more likely to go in than rebound?
