Robbie Savage? He's a dancer now... what does that say about him?

You have gout. Big toe and ankle are classic. Stop drinking wine and port, and take anti inflammatories. Keep yourself well hydrated. It is cause by urate crystals building up and making the surface rough. A one of blood test may 'prove' it, but it definitely doesn't disprove it. Gout diagnosis is based on what you see, and not necessarily on tests. Operations are available to scrape the crystals off the joints, but you'd need to be nearly crippled to justify that.

I wouldn't worry about it. It'll cost them more to chase the £50 than they would get back. Knowing the cost of all things baby related, they probably still made a profit charging you a fiver! If they charge you again, ring your card company and have the charge cancelled because you haven't authorised it. You have a receipt to say that you have paid to the satisfaction of the shop, and were allowed to leave with the store happy.

Yeah, but when it gives a specific name to the malware program, you do have to think it probably knows what it is talking about.

I'd rather trust Norton when it blocks the site as it is trying to download malware

Let me get this right, you've been a member for 4 years, and that was your first post. Not exactly worth waiting for was it..... Or has it taken you that long to type it like the rest of the illiterate blue few?

I never used to hate them... or Bournemouth for that matter - I always thought of myself as a south coast fan (but Saints were, and always will be 'my team') Now I can't stand Portsmouth for a few reasons - 1. Because they hate us. 2. TCWTB. 3. Robbin' cheating, charity stealing scum, 4. Because I work there (city, not the club!) As for Bournemouth, considering the amount of friendlies we played to help them out, and players loaned over the years, they conveniently forget all that and just want to be Pompey's little brother. Therefore, they now qualify for my distaste.

Gibraltar isn't part of the EU - hence it is tax free, or am I wrong?

All this **** waving about who has the best fans based on attendance is rather pointless, as it is hard to come up with a decent set of criteria that both sides would find acceptable. My one word on the subject is this: What would you rather have at the start of the season?: 19,000 for a one off (and cheap) friendly, and ~15,000 full payers for league matches* or, 6,000 for a cheap friendly tournament (where you don't actually see you team play a full 90mins vs another team) and then 25,000 full payers for league matches* * = ignoring concessions, freebies, kids, etc.

Nice one. Not much point in thinking about what could be done to Pompey's new stadium seats, as it would seem they are invisible....

+1 Celery is most definitely the food of the devil. Who on earth ever thought about eating it and thought it was a good idea? Side salad. Mostly pointless, with some horrible bitter lettuce or some other disgusting foliage that always is left on the plate after a meal. Butter Beans. Yuk, just yuk. Rice cakes. Like eating a coaster. Earl Grey, or fruit flavoured tea. Tea should taste like tea, not fruit. Leeks. Don't taste like onions, despite what my Dad says. They taste like leeks. Which are not very nice. Tomatoes. Have to be removed before a burger becomes edible. pointless sloppy fruit, that everyone thinks is a vegetable. (Tomato sauce is OK though) Anchovies. How to ruin a pizza/caesar salad. Olives. Unpleasant, and every Italian restaurant tries to squeeze a couple more quid out of you for some. And for the record, as I surprisingly haven't seen it mentioned yet, I Love MARMITE!!!!

i was on holiday in malta, as an all inclusive deal, thought I would try a couple of well known cocktails as they were 'free' Vodka Martini, Shaken, not stirred - Minging. What is James Bond thinking?????

Just noticed this thread has passed TWO MILLION views. Wow.

The funny thing is that the original selling price was only a fiver, and they still couldn't shift it!!

Can the small creditors issue a winding up notice if they are not part of the cva?

MoD can't account for about £6 billion of equipment

As with all things, the headlines distort the truth. Most of this stuff isn't missing at all, it is just someone has cocked up on the paperwork. If you've ever worked with army stores, you can easily understand how this can happen. The system they use is so convoluted that it is easy for a person of limited intellect to make a mistake. -
I visit this board for the stimulating intellectual conversation.... Apparently the only mammal not to fart is the female human.....

The sooner they give me redundancy the better. Don't fancy fighting the Falklands again with what we've got left. Not many sailors will come home from the next Falklands war.
-
Maybe not.... Blues boss Cotterill said: “We’re really looking forward to meeting the people of Charleston and know that their hospitality will be top class, while I’m told the training facilities and pitch are magnificent.

All of our Harriers have been sold... for £34m to the USA - Less than £1m a plane!!!!! http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/defence/8576541/Harrier-jump-jets-sold-for-peanuts.html And now apparently America refer to the Falklands as the Malvinas if you believe this article: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/southamerica/falklandislands/8571442/Britain-can-do-nothing-to-prevent-Argentina-retaking-Falkland-Islands.html It would seem that Argentina are more important to the USA than the UK, and so won't help us out like they did last time.
