  3. Is the plan the same still despite tonights events?
  4. I think the board have obviously heard about the planned demos and tried to take the sting out of the situation Sorry Jan your the fall guy, to Wooperts little experiment
  5. Those who intended to protest, must continue. One down two to go Lowe and Wilde out
  6. Lee once you have had a few loud mouth soups you know you cant help but swear lol
  7. Lowe refused to speculate on what the outcome of the meeting could be and whether Poortvliet’s position could be at risk. However, he said whatever decisions were reached had to be in the best interests of the club. “We have got to do what is right for the club,” he said. How about you f**k right off then rupes

  12. I know its not in good taste to report on what was effectivly crowd violence, but has anyone seen anything in their Sunday papers etc about what happened during and after the game?? I assume it will be all over the Echo tomorow!
  13. That was exactlly what happened.

  16. Interesting them slagging off their apparently awesome premiership bound players.
  17. Fantastic result lads. Im still smiling now. Lets have a win Tuesday now and im looking foward to my first away game against Charlton. Lets hope Pardew stays till next Saturday so we can get him the sack!!!
  18. I nearly, nearly took the bait lolage
  19. Glad to see the art of debate is still alive and well.
  20. On tonights One Show they were talking about underdogs. Phil Daniels was on there, and being a Chelsea fan said he doesnt know what he preferes Chelsea winning occasionally and the feeling turning over a big team brings, or Chelsea sream rolling everyone like they do these days. This got me thinking. Would I swap us beating teams like Manu 6-3 and Liverpool 2-0 every so often (not recently granted, but last seasons 2-0 win against Bristol City maybe) for winning every week and finding it maybe a little bit boring. I wouldnt change a damn thing to be honest. But hey maybe im a sucker for punishment? Anyway whats everyones thoughts on this?
  21. Spot on. JT knew the flack Carson would get, after his (ultimatly) costly gaff against Croatia. Add that to last nights mistake, which it was imo, Carson may have been hounded out by the Current bun et al. Great bit of captincy that John.
  22. Some may have forgot his goal against WBA last season. The technique to hit the ball across the goal keeper and keep the shot on target was absoloutly first class. Maybe the lad is feeling the pressure of being arguably our most creative player?
  23. Jan/Lowe/Wotte whoever were going to say picks the team the formation appears to be here to stay.
  24. I think we have to be realistic. They are riding high, with a very strong chance of automaic promotion. We however are a relegation batteling team. Anything against Reading is a bonus in my book. The real must win is Plymouth
