  1. What a load of sycophantic, suffocating b.rollicks. You move on if you like matey, I won't be the only one shipping out. Where were you in 48/49 against WBA when we needed you most. Enjoy your prawn sandwiches....
  2. What a F.ing choker this is. I'm gutted, F the Club and F Cortese. I'm cashing in my ST on Monday. F the lot of them up there!
  3. Not as easy as you make it sound. It will take a few weeks in training to get that vital understanding at the back between any newcomer and our regulars which has taken most of this season to sort out. Holding the lines has been key and Forren won't be ready to assume a pivotal role until he has been conditioned in our way of playing. He'll be on the bench if Jose is still nursing his hangover - sorry, knee injury - otherwise will have to sit and watch and learn. CB's are rarely match winners but can be game losers and as Nigel says so often but less so at the moment, we'll control the controllables but Forren is unknown and therefore uncontrollable at the moment.
  4. After recent performances it is easy to believe we should get something from this game but Everton are a tough and resilient side and a bit like us of late only better at it. If they still have Fellini on Monday he'll be a handful for whoever starts at CB. It could be dour and end 0-0 but one bit of luck and goal may be enough and it could fall either way. So 0-0 but my worry beads suggest 0-1. They'll be tough to beat.
  5. Oh really? It reminded me of Jason Puncheon at his best. Brilliant effort from the lads with Schneiderlin and Cork doubling their worth at a stroke. We're going to find it hard to keep some of our players unfortunately as everyone will be scouting them... and that is looking likely to for Adkins. Let's hope he doesn't get too big for our boots like Rodgers and Lambert (not Rickie!). We could be challenging for the title next season if we keep the core of our young team together.
  6. That my friend is the best suggestion yet. Too clever for Nigel, he isn't that savvy.
  7. Landscape it and maybe build a club shop down there
  8. Maybe not but they do need to be reminded of the financial pain fans are suffering to support them through thick and thin especially when they are on a sulk day and not bothered whether they perform or not
  9. Not good enough, have to get you out on the pitch at Staplewood at 6.30 tomorrow for extra training. Better bring an ice pick
  10. Well, I'd play 5 across the back and 5 across the middle whilst Boruc tries to aim long kicks into their net. Anybody got a better idea.
  11. There's no anti-Saints rhetoric on BBC Solent just Dave 'bigging-up' his favourite player of the day for 90 tiresome minutes. Jay got the treatment today, Jason last time away. Such clear bias is sickening to hear... BBC huh!
  12. Yes but the others didn't stop them either so what's to lose
  13. Rickie was at the Odeon last night. Looked nice and relaxed and enjoying a night out with his misses before battle begins. Hope he saw Life of Pi in 3D sort of imagination these guys need right now
  14. We need all three to have any hope of moving up the table to safety. Blow this one and we will be running out of winnable games especially of the away variety
  15. You miserable git. Sod off with your snide comments.
  16. Excellent news. Let's take it at face value and stop thinking all the time that our young players really don't want to be here. It's fans who lack self confidence not the players. None of our lads seem keen to get away and the ones out on loan are pretty keen to get back in. Look at Jason for example, worked his socks off to show he had the talent to be in the team rather than sulk off and bad mouth us just for the hell of it.
  17. The quicker a European Super League is set up the better then the likes of ManUre, Mancy and Chelski can bugger off for good. Nobody will miss them, they've done their best to ruin football in England for everyone else and helped bankrupt more than a few clubs along the way.
  18. should HAVE for F's sake, it's a verb not an fudging preposition
  19. di Matt-e-o didn't do very well at Chelsea or Wigan. In any case Nigel Adkins is by far the nicest manager in the PL, he's a very nice man an that's good enough for me.
  20. Adkins is so effing upbeat about everything that he would describe a player as fine as long as they're not actually walking around on crutches, heavily bandaged. It's becoming impossible to trust his word any longer.
  21. Villa are improving all the time as lambert and his young players settle in. They know this is a 'six-pointer' as well as we so they're not going to let it slip without a fight. It looks like it's between them and us for that nasty 18th place. Much as I'd l;ike to think we can get a good result, Villa will think the same, they're at home with massive support and it won't be easy. The best we can expect is 1-1 or 2-2 but my feeling is we'll lose this 3-1. Sorry but that hammering from the Cossacks will have rattled our confidence and if we go behind panic may set in.
  22. Lambert who is going on 31 or Lallana who is crocked for weeks on end every season.
  23. He was injured not rested, the recurring dead leg problem and it's beginning to be a serious worry
