What are you talking about? Fox HAS played at this level before. He's a very valuable player for most managers as he fits into a team ethic and doesn't moan and groan about being on the bench; when on rare occasions he is called onto the pitch he always gives 150%. Didn't I read somewhere that Pochettino wanted all his new signings in place by start of training on July 1st because if they weren't then we could not have a good pre-season to hit the ground running for the PL in August? Well, it's July 1st on Monday... where are the signings? Beginning to look disappointingly familiar. Are we drifting towards another summer of anti-climax with nobody of any significance coming in? Wonder if the Schneiderlin rumour has anything to do with top players not wanting to come here and he already realises that our ambitions to be a big club have hit the buffers and probably can't be fulfilled? Sorry but I cannot see why anybody would bother to travel thousands of miles at their own expense to watch a few friendly kick-abouts to help get players match fit for the new season in which substitutions will be the order of the day and results meaningless.
