  1. Late night?
  2. What a delightful afternoon. There's a good feeling about the place. Maybe the tensions have gone with the trouble-makers?
  3. ... and who is over-seeing all of this good work? Time you laid off Mr Kreuger, it's your comments that are becoming embarrassing.
  4. Au contraire my friend, the starting XI is arguably much stronger now and did you not expect Morgan to be given a substantial pay rise to keep his head here? Remember to, the Club always had the options to keep contracted players here even against their wishes but the Club also said that it would keep the players that it wanted to keep so it can it not be be inferred that those who left were considered to be not irreplaceable?
  5. It's the strong sunshine we had today. Why not lay down in a dark room for a couple of hours? Suddenly everyone's speaking double-dutch.
  6. Excuse me, what does "my bad" mean in English?
  7. Maybe we play him at centre back?
  8. It's the white stains running down the red shirts :-)
  9. Morgan is worth 10 Luke Shaws, 20 Callum Chambers and 100 Oxlades for what he has pout into Saints over the past 6 years. He is in the French team now which he fully deserves so playing here is no barrier. Whether he stays 1, 2 or even 3 more years he will leave with our thanks and gratitude for helping make us a better team and a PL team once again. Vive le Schneiderlin!
  10. So ART why are you on here so often if you take such a dim view of the Forum? After all a Forum IS only it's membership, is it not? There is the irony!
  11. Without doubt our best player ever and who better to be the Club President. Watching Terry was the next best thing to heaven in the sixties!
  12. It would not appear to be quite so easy for either of these two lads to break into the Saints starting XI now despite Mr Koeman's reputation for developing kids. Seems JWP might be the lucky one of the trio in that he had already made the step up last season but the challenge for him now will be to stay there. The upside maybe that if they can't just walk into our first team anymore, envious glances at our latest Academy stars might be turned elsewhere despite their England associations.
  13. The transfer window is closed. If JR is still not ready to play by the time the next window comes around any interest real or imaginary in Mr Rodrigues will have evaporated. Some of you guys really do need to get out more.
  14. My guess is that the sort of players we are trying to attract are probably good enough to be targets for other top eight clubs as well so understandably agents and players hope for as long as possible for the call to come from ManC, Arse. Chelski or ManU and wouldn't you in their position especially if this was your first time in the Premier League. If that strategy fails then why not Saints for a year, play well in the PL shop window and hope the bigger boys will bite next summer. Makes perfect sense. Lovren being a possible model for our future recruitment and failure to hold on to real nuggets.
  15. Then we should play with two keepers. We can start a trend...
  16. You are talking about football?
  17. What did you do that for? Not many others bothered obviously. As many have said before England no longer has relevance to Saints fans as all our players who made it to the national team Effed off the minute they did, so to Chamber-pot who looked mighty pleased with himself when he came on at the end but my feelings were of complete indifference. Some will say, isn't it great the England team will soon have five ex-Saints playing for them, maybe even six but most no longer give a tos,s?
  18. There's always one complete prat on every thread.
  19. If JWP doesn't start, so much for our much vaunted Academy players and Rono's alleged mission to bring those lads through to the first team.
  20. We should shed a tear for the loss of such a man. Our door will always be open. Love the Man! Good Luck Jos, hope to see you back here soon.
  21. We should say a prayer for that piece of news. What a disaster he would be.
  22. What the guy is saying really is that he will be here for three years, after that everything depends upon "the ambition and philosophy of the club" as he loves to quote. Morgan is at least saying the right things on the OS about getting ready for Pardews part-timers in two weeks suggesting that talk of his departure to Spuds is now dead in the water. My guess is Rono has said to him, "do right by me this year pal and I'll get you into Barcelona (networks etc)" - which most would accept as being a somewhat better option than playing for a washed-up Argentinian defender.
  23. ..which is then your opinion, "too early tell". Silence is golden
  24. Now that's what you call football. Come on Morgan you're allowed to smile. Sam is on his way for sure, first sacking of this season. Clear your desk on Monday Big Boy!
  25. You do take life seriously don't you? Everyone on here is taking the p.iss!
