;-) Forecast to be cold and WET on Saturday, even worse! Not so young these days.
-
Don't know about you guys but as things stand with the weather today, I won't be going anywhere near St Mary's on Saturday. It's bloody freezing out here in the forest, - bloody 10C last night and not much better today. If this goes on anybody sitting out in the stadium for two hours will run a very serious risk of hyperthermia.

Stuff Crouch, we need to focus on our own game and make sure we dominate midfield and score enough goals to make their long ball game irrelevant. It's Shaqiri we need to watch most.
-
Who? Now we will be awaiting Ghoddos!
-
You mean he is an unemployed ex-footballer. No doubt he earned a few bob along the way so should invest some of it in a football related enterprise rather than try to be a coach unless that's what turns him on. Very creaky headline, he's much too young to have moved on to a higher plane.

Based on what exactly? Pink specs methinks.

Are you sure, I don't remember the 60's being all that bad at all and I saw nothing up at Wembley on the day that was particularly unpleasant.
-
Bring back the old days, eh?
-
No he hasn't, what do you expect of a Champions League player consigned to playing to the instructions of an idiot in an unfathomable system. The sooner the pathetic Pellegrino badgers off the sooner Oriol will be back on top form. Stop knocking, you can't come in!

1-1, it's always 1-1 it's what we do under this Clueless Clown

Think of the windfall of £700 you'll have in your pocket when you don't buy your ST and the misery of the bastards running the club when they see another black hole in their greedy finances.

How good do you think Saints squad is?
Charlie Wayman replied to Bit of a plonker's topic in The Saints
Overall we have a very limited squad with few players who are clearly above average for the PL (Romeu) and perhaps one or maybe with more potential to become top four candidates (Lemina, Bertrand). The rest you might as well bin. -
The lad seems to be a bit of a misfit wherever he plays, short contracts, doesn't seem to know what he wants, changes of mind. Could be he have ****ed off Spurs with his messing around will he won't he antics. Don't want too many boat rockers in a small dinghy. Perhaps also he isn't very good. Not all Belgians are very good. Having said that we'd have him back in a flash!

It's plainly weird that's for sure as we seem to be under siege for large parts of most matches and in need of more than a few slices of luck each time to keep the ball out of our net. Yet, here we are rapidly earning the tag 'hard to beat'. Eleven more points will not save us sadly. As plain bad as our defending has been it seems most sides including Spurs are not very good at converting possession into goals when faced with our massed ranks of red & white jerseys

Still be a struggle to get out of PL2 even with the recent run of good results. Looks like they've had a shake up down at Marchwood and not before time.

An all expenses paid holiday for Pards and his lads before the new lot take over, I'd call that pretty damn smart! For our penny pinching tight wads, 'twas a jog on the beach at Lepe in the rain with 3degC to warm them.

Too contemptible to respond. Very twisted mindset form OP

FA Cup Qtr Final Saints v Wigan or Man City AWAy
Charlie Wayman replied to John Boy Saint's topic in The Saints
Oh that we had one ounce of the guts, determination and fight of Wigan Athletic. No household names, no stars but a team work ethic that we have never had. Last night also showed what a nasty, spoilt bully-boy Guardiola is. Let's hope he gets a FA ban for his lunatic ranting behaviour after Delph got what he deserved. It must be pure hell for a young kid in his training ground. no wonder so few of the City stars can raise a smile. -
That is how taxation works! The club may want a certain amount of guaranteed income from ticket sales using algorithms built on seat sales data accumulated over the years. If they reduce prices for some they have to up prices for others to reach the same target income. So as you expect to be rewarded for long service any new ST recruits the Club hopes to attract inevitably will be asked to pay the highest prices. Now just imagine you are a new ST applicant. You'll soon notice that all other ST ticket prices are lower than what you are being asked to pay... Whereas we live in a world where newcomers (to energy deals or anything else) are attracted by lower prices than currently being applied to the majority of customers. Hmm, that doesn't sound like a very good deal. Even as a senior I get no discounts but I have a choice. If it helps keep prices down so that a few more less lucky folk get the chance to squeeze themselves in on a Saturday afternoon then so much the better. It is not possible to be all things to all people despite what the me-first people want

This! It's becoming predictable and tedious. Has BackWard Prowse ever gone past a player

Many watched the game on-line yesterday, of course their opinions are valid they watched the game in full!

When Pellegrino said we should be grateful to VVD, he talked about his service here and that he made us a nice profit... What more indication does any fan need that we are being suckered every single day of our lives. The reason we hear nothing is that burglars operate silently and don't usually wake every one up and tell them that they are robbing their house. "Our team" will be an interesting concept next year in the Championship. Fans may not feel quite so cosy about things then, how many of this lot, players included will hang around to clear up their mess. The square root of F all that's who.

Perhaps it's a present for Pellegrino from our players? They'll want it back 'though! Taxi to Barcelona -->> -
Obviously the stated policy (RK) of the club to sell our best players in order to buy in and develop cheap young promising players to those higher standards is still in place despite Ralph implying a year or so ago that we didn't need to do that anymore. The only difference now seems to be that we are doing it not to gradually improve the team but to pay off the owners
