£220 taken from my account late last night. Better than nothing I guess.

I applied for approx £2000 worth of tickets, but with a max exposure of £3600 (allowing for a range of ticket prices for most events). I applied for quite a few athletics and track cycling sessions as I believed these would be oversubscribed. However I also applied for preliminary round tickets to boxing, water polo, hockey and basketball. Still nothing taken. The only person I know (out of at least 10 I've spoken to) who has had money taken so far is my dad - less than £100 from a similar level of application to myself. Fingers crossed for some luck this afternoon.

Fortunately we haven't had too much opportunity to find out how much we would miss Jose. Fonte for me with Lallana a close second.

Also the first game of next season is likely to mark the game closest to 1 year since Markus' passing (10th August).

It was reassuring to see him warming up with plenty of energy and mobility during half time today.

Just back from the game. Fantastic day (despite having to stay relatively controlled in the home stand). Dickson was my man of the match, barnard and fonte not far behind. Dickson and Barnard never stopped running. A few heart stopping moments (their two goals ruled offsite and a few goalmouth scrambles which fortunately went our way). Our first goal didn't look offside to me.

Yep, in the west stand also. Hoping I can sit a little away from the Orient fans incase of any accidental celebrations / outloud swearing.

My ticket in the home section arrived this morning... Can't wait for saturday, although not sure how I'm going to stay quiet if/when we score.

Ditto, chants don't seem to be working. I did get a random cheer when my virtual pro scored (the goal cheer you recorded) although it was delayed until at least 5 secs after the ball went in. Thanks for uploading the chants, much appreciated. Hopefully we can get this to work in the coming days....

I'm loving Fifa 11 so far, despite not being very good at it. It's just a shame about the small freezes (2-5 times every game) and the EA servers which have ruined several online games. A quick search suggests many people are having the same problems - hope EA patch these issues soon.
